大學生網路成癮已是一個重要的心理健康議題。過去網路成癮研究上，有研究顯示家庭是一個重要的影響因素，指出以家庭為基礎的輔助效果比只輔導個人成癮行為的傳統方式更佳。另外，網路成癮的背後成因也可能與心理社會問題有關。最後，雖然國外已經有實證研究指出低自我分化與網路成癮有關聯，但並無具體地解釋兩者的關係，本研究認為若能瞭解大學生的心理社會問題和自我方化各個向度與網路成癮的關聯性，在未來輔導網路成癮個案時，將能提供最適合的策略。

本研究為橫斷性研究，目的在於探討大學生自我分化、社交焦慮與網路成癮的關係，以問卷調查法蒐集資料，採用「自我分化量表」、「社交焦慮傾向量表」與「網路成癮量表」作為研究工具，選取中部某一所大學的大學生為研究對象，共得375有效樣本。蒐集的資料以SPSS統計套裝軟體17.0進行分析，分析方法包含：描述性統計、信度分析、獨立t檢定、單因子變異數、皮爾森積差相關、階層迴歸。

主要研究結果：（1）大學生的「自我分化」程度與「網路成癮」有部分負向顯著關係；（2）大學生的「自我分化」程度與「社交焦慮傾向」有負向顯著關係；（3）大學生的「社交焦慮傾向」與「網路成癮」有正向顯著關係；（4）大學生的「社交焦慮傾向」有中介自我分化構面「情緒反應」、「情緒切斷」，與「網路成癮」的效果。

Internet addiction of college students have been an important mental health issue. In the past, there had researches showed that family is an important and influential factor, which indicated that assistive strategy base on family is better than traditional method just focus on behavioral addiction. Furthermore, the cause of internet addiction may relate to psychosocial problems. Finally, there have a research indicated that low differentiation of self is related to internet addiction, but no explanation. This research suggests if it can realize the relationship between college students’ psychosocial problems, dimensions of differentiation of self, and internet addiction. It will provide the most suitable strategy to help internet addiction case in the future.
This research conducted a cross-sectional survey and questionnaire survey of a total of 375 college students from a University in middle area of Taiwan. The purposes of this research were to investigate the relationships among college students’ differentiation of self, social anxiety tendency, and internet addiction. The measure tools include “Differentiation of Self Inventory”, “Social Anxiety Tendency Questionnaire”, and “Internet Addiction Scale”. The data of survey were analyzed by SPSS 17.0, including descriptive statistics, analysis of reliability, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation, and hierarchical regression.
The main results：（1）There are partially significant and negative relationships between college students’ differentiation of self and internet addiction；（2）There are significant and negative relationships between college students’ differentiation of self and social anxiety tendency；（3）There are significant and positive relationships between social anxiety tendency and Internet addiction（4）Social anxiety tendency has partial mediation effect between differentiation of self and internet addiction.
