計劃行為理論認為態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制會影響意圖與行為。本研究以計畫行為理論為基礎,在此模型下加入創業家精神構面,探討茶飲料連鎖店的女性加盟主的創業態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制、創業家精神對女性創業意圖的影響,以及茶飲料連鎖店的女性加盟主的創業意圖對創業行為的影響。本研究以茶飲料連鎖店的女性加盟主為研究對象,共發放問卷600份,回收570份問卷,扣除無效問卷(填答不完整),共565份的有效問卷。本研究使用的統計分析方法包括:敘述統計與相關分析,排序分析,驗證性因素分析,模式配適檢定,因果路徑分析,直接效果、間接效果與總效果分析,t檢定與變異數分析。主要分析結果如下,從線性方程模式分析結果顯示:影響茶飲料連鎖店的女性加盟主創業意圖的主要原因,包括:創業態度、主觀規範、創業家精神。在創業意圖與創業行為上,不同年齡、父母是否具有創業經驗、本身是否具有創業經驗、創業前工作年資不同、不同教育背景(商業教育背景與無商業教育背景)之茶飲料連鎖店的女性加盟主是有差異的。本研究所提出的研究結論可以供準備加盟茶飲料連鎖店的女性創業家參考,以及供茶飲料連鎖店的業者做經營上的參考。
Abstract
The theory of planned behavior (TPB) suggests that attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control can affect intentions and behaviors. Meanwhile, this research added the dimension of entrepreneurship to this model to explore the influence of the entrepreneurial attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, entrepreneurship of female franchisees of tea beverage chains on female entrepreneurial intentions, and the influence of their entrepreneurial intention on entrepreneurial behavior. In particular, this research took female franchisees of tea beverage chains as the research subjects. A total of 600 questionnaires were distributed, and 570 questionnaires were recovered. There were 565 valid questionnaires in total after discarding invalid questionnaires with incomplete answers. The statistical analysis methods used in this research include descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis, ordination analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, testing of linear equation model, causal path analysis of patterns, direct effect, indirect effect and total effect analysis, t-test, and ANOVA. The main analysis results are as follows: the analysis results from the linear equation model show that the main factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention of female franchisees of tea beverage chains include entrepreneurial attitude, subjective norms, and entrepreneurial spirit. In terms of entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial behavior, female franchisees of tea beverage chains are different for many factors, such as different ages, whether their parents have entrepreneurial experience, whether they have entrepreneurial experience themselves, different working experience before starting the business, and different educational backgrounds (with business education background and without business education background). The conclusions put forward by this research can be used as a reference for female entrepreneurs who are undertaking to join tea beverage chains and a business reference for franchisees of such chains.
