隨著資訊科技的不斷進步,很多大型扣件企業都選擇了數位轉型,但是對於大多數企業主來說,數位轉型雖耳熟能詳,真要付諸行動,卻又覺得千頭萬緒,不知如何下手。數位轉型正在席捲全球,雖然很多企業還在猶豫不決,但數位轉型已是無法忽視的問題。在企業發展過程中,數位轉型會產生哪些影響?數位轉型是企業走向成功的必經之路嗎?企業應採取何種策略才能取得突破?這些問題值得探討與思考。
經營者選擇成為市場領先者或追隨者,風險和成本各不相同。領先者的優勢是能夠儘早開發市場,經由提前數位轉型,找到創新的商業模式,一旦成功就有機會成為市場領頭羊。但轉型過程中可能會遇到很多挫折,沒有前人可以借鑑,只能經由無數次的試錯,需要耗費大量的資源和時間,甚至可能會失敗。
對於追隨者來說,一旦市場成熟,領先者建立了成功的模式,其再適時介入,就有機會在轉型的道路上,減少學習時間和大量的資源投入。
數位轉型的目的是為了更好的生存或發展。然而,在轉型過程中可能面臨許多不確定因素,這些風險與挑戰會阻礙公司發展的腳步。尤其當公司無法因應新環境時,則容易造成重大經營危機,甚至走向衰敗。因此,為慎重起見,提高數位轉型成功的機會,企業可進行小範圍試驗,經小規模驗證後,把導入技術不夠周延部分進行修正,再進行有序、全面地數位轉型,並逐年進行績效檢視,確保企業通過引進新興科技是走向正確的轉型方向,從而實現商業模式的創新。
Abstract
The rapid development of information technology has led many large fastener enterprises to choose digital transformation, yet most of them understand the concept of digital transformation but have difficulty in implementing digital transformation into practice. Digital transformation is sweeping the world, and although many enterprises are still hesitating, however digital transformation is an issue that cannot be ignored. As enterprises continue to grow, what are the implications of digital transformation? What kind of strategies should enterprises develop to truly realize the development of digital transformation? Various questions need to be explored and analyzed in depth.
Enterprises choose to be market leaders or followers, with varying risks and costs. Leaders the advantage of being able to develop the market as early as possible, find an innovative business model through early digital transformation, and have the opportunity to become the market leader once it succeeds. However, transformation efforts are often accompanied by various setbacks and difficulties, and due to the lack of relevant successful experience, the transformation process must pay a large trial and error costs and may also face various results such as failure.
For followers, once the market matures and the leaders have established a successful model, their timely intervention will give them the opportunity to reduce the transformation learning time requirements as well as resource requirements on the road of transformation. The fundamental goal of digital transformation is to accelerate the growth of enterprises.
However, each enterprise often faces a variety of uncertainties when transforming, and these risks and challenges can hinder the development of the enterprise. Especially when a company is unable to adapt to the new environment, it can easily lead to a major business crisis or even to failure. Therefore, in order to be prudent and increase the chances of successful transformation, enterprises can conduct small-scale experiments, and after small-scale verification, correct the insufficiently extended parts of the imported technology, and then carry out an orderly and comprehensive digital transformation, and conduct performance reviews annually to ensure the transformation is going in the right direction.
