汽車貨櫃運輸業在國際貿易中的角色，是把櫃子送上船舶與交到客戶手中這最後一哩路的重要交通工具。唯今日國際航商不斷整併，為節省成本，加入特定聯盟組織，共享船隻，互換艙位，使得定期航線更加密集，造成所有進出口櫃量有同一時段結關、進入同一碼頭趨勢，大量且即時的拖運需求，對汽車貨櫃運輸業者是一大挑戰。加上長途轉運的南下、北上櫃不平衡現象，駕駛流失與符合一例一休、環保署空汙法規定須購置五、六期環保車的成本大增，汽車貨櫃運輸業者更需與同業積極互相合作，利用彼此的閒置資源，合力把托運工作即時完成。
本研究想發展汽車貨櫃運輸業共享平台之商業模式，運用單邊策略，與價值網路中的三項主要活動來進行各項活動服務，並藉此服務來創造平台價值。共享平台提供誘因讓車輛的供給方能加入，媒合到合適的櫃子，提升平台服務品質，進而吸引需求方把櫃子放上來，形成正循環。藉此解決汽車貨櫃運輸業者南下、北上櫃不平衡現象，運用彼此閒置資源，共同完成大量且即時的托運任務

The role of the container transport industry in the modern international trade is an important means of transportation for the last mile of carrying the boxes to ships and handing over to customers. However, today, international shipping company continue to merge. In order to save costs, they join specific alliances, share ships, and exchange space, making regular routes more intensive, resulting in the tendency of all import and export containers to clear customs and enter the same terminal at the same time. A large amount and instantaneous the demand for haulage is a big challenge for the container transport industry. In addition to the imbalance between south and north counters in line haul transshipment, driving loss and compliance with one fixed day off regulation , the EPA Air Pollution Law stipulates that the cost of purchasing Phase 5 and Phase 6 environmentally friendly vehicles has increased sharply, and the container transport industry needs to actively cooperate within the trade , Using each other's idle resources, work together to complete the consignment work immediately.

This research intends to develop the business model of the shared platform of the container transport industry, using single-side strategy, and the three main activities in the value network to carry out various activities and services, and use the services to create platform value. The shared platform provides incentives for the supplier of vehicles to join, match it to a suitable box, and improve the quality of platform services, thereby attracting the demand side to put the box on it, forming a positive cycle. In this way, it can solve the imbalance between the southward and northward counters of the container transport industry, and use each other's idle resources to jointly complete a large number of and instant consignment tasks.
