本文探討台灣紡織業逐年價升量縮趨勢，紡織產業附加價值率從2011年18%，提升至2020年25%，每年成長率漲幅0.7%之高，染整業在紡織產業占有重要附加價值核心，也是紡織產品的化妝師地位，染整加工後產出高端附加價值產品，但因紡織染整業相同面臨多樣小量的市場競爭，為力求維持高端產品，近年開始運用自動化生產設備，使工廠導入智慧製造轉型，提升工廠永續化、數位化及高階化轉型的重要一環。
本研究探討染整業中具有代表染整自動化設備個案公司，利用個案研究法、相關文獻分析做為研究方法，從中蒐集個案公司次級資料並做彙整及分析歸納，利用五力分析去解析紡織染整業獲利能力，進而以資源基礎觀點去瞭解個案公司，運用SWOT分析法了解市場競爭環境，內在優劣式、外在機會與威脅，進一步了解個案公司內部核心能耐，以及策略定位、競爭策略與競爭優勢作為此研究架構。從研究個案分析期望能幫助相關類似公司或企業轉型經營策略問題之參考。

This thesis discusses the trend of price increase and production reduction in Taiwan's textile industry year by year.The Adding value rate of the textile industry has increased from 18% in 2011 to 25% in 2020, and the annual growth rate has increased by 0.7%. The dyeing and finishing industry is the most important midstream of the textile industry. Also the role of makeup artist for textile products. Manufacture of products with high Adding value.However, because the textile dyeing and finishing industry also faces a variety of market competitions, in order to high adding value products, automated production equipment has been used in recent years to enable factories to transform into smart manufacturing, and to enhance an important part of the factory's sustainable, digital and high-end transformation.

This research explores the L company of the representative dyeing and finishing automation in the dyeing and finishing industry. Using the case study method and relevant literature analysis as research methods, the secondary data of the case companies are collected and summarized and analyzed, and Porter five forces analysis is used to analyze the textile industry. Dyeing and finishing industry profitability, Then, understand the L case company from Resource-based view , use the SWOT analysis method to understand the market competition environment, internal advantages and disadvantages, external opportunities and threats, and further understand the internal core Competence of the case company, as well as generic strategies, strategic positioning and competitive advantage as this research framework. It is expected from the case study of the research that it can assist relevant similar companies or enterprises to transform their business strategies as a reference.
