近年來，由於地球暖化日益嚴重，發展再生能源已成全球趨勢，以期能夠讓受到溫室效應影響的地球，整體環境獲得改善。再生能源當中，太陽能是最易獲得且是環保價值最高的綠色能源，部分的能源需求藉著太陽能取代，不但可改善全球環境與塑造良善的國際形象，亦是全球經濟發展重點。臺灣為了能夠增進再生能源的發展，以及達成能源轉型的目標，我國政府全力鼓勵推進能源政策。因此，本研究以國內太陽能產業為主軸產業，以鑽石理論模型探討太陽能產業之發展，以及SWOT分析和五力分析探究T公司在太陽能產業之策略布局、競爭者分析，並結合個案探討之方式，盤整個案T公司自身內部的資源與解析企業外部之環境，依據面臨的優劣勢，提供相關的競爭策略擬定方向和未來在產業中的佈局策略，以期能夠協助提升個案T公司在產業中的競爭力，並邁向企業之永續經營方向。
綜整本研究各項分析結果，希望有助於再生能源應用與後續之推廣，並促進國內能源提供更多元化之選擇，同時還能讓居住環境品質有所提升，更能帶動再生能源相關之產業在經濟層面更上一層。

In recent years, due to the increasingly serious global warming, the development of renewable energy has become a global trend, to improve the overall environment of the earth and reduce the impact of the greenhouse effect. Among the renewable energy sources, solar energy is the easiest to obtain and has the most environmental protection value. Part of the energy demand can be replaced by solar energy, which can not only improve the global environment and create a good international image but also become the focus of global economic development. To achieve the goal of energy transition and promote the development of renewable energy, Taiwan's government has made every effort to promote energy policies. Therefore, this research takes the domestic solar energy industry as the main industry, discusses the development of the solar energy industry based on the diamond model theory, as well as SWOT and five forces analysis to explore the strategic layout and competitor analysis of T company in the solar energy industry, and combines case studies to analyze The external environment and internal resources of the case T company, based on the advantages and disadvantages, put forward the competitive strategy and future strategic layout, to help the case T company to improve its competitiveness and move forward in the direction of sustainable operation.
Based on the findings of this study, it not only helps the application and subsequent promotion of renewable energy, but also promotes Taiwan's domestic energy supply to provide more diversified choices, and at the same time, it can improve the quality of the living environment and promote renewable energy-related. The industry is on the economic level to a higher level.
