本研究主旨為探討人際關係於企業社群媒體之影響及其中介效果。基於虛擬理論及媒體同步理論,我們更加確信媒體改變人們溝通的方式以及資訊傳播的管道。在這個虛擬環境中,形成獨特的知識分享機制、溝通方式以及人際關係。本研究採用社會交換論點為關係之依據,分為:主管部屬交換關係(leader-member exchange,LMX)及團隊成員交換關係(team-member exchange,TMX)為中介變數,並將溝通管道分為垂直溝通及水平溝通,與其相互應,探討對知識分享的影響。藉由問卷調查分析法,於台灣的兩個科技公司收集217份有效問卷。實證結果發現: 1.企業社群媒體上,與主管的垂直溝通及與同事的水平溝通皆對知識分享有正向影響。2.主管部屬交換及團隊成員交換關係皆對知識分享有正向影響。3.主管部屬交換及團隊成員交換關係的中介效果皆獲得實證支持。
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the underlying mechanisms through which enterprise social media for vertical and horizontal communication enhance knowledge sharing. In view of the virtuality theory and media synchronicity theory, which lay the foundation for human relationships and information process via media. In order to verify the research model, the research conducted quantitative method and obtain 217 effective questionnaires from two IT companies located in Taiwan. Author finds that vertical communication on enterprise social media (ESVC) is positively related to leader-member exchange (LMX) and horizontal communication on enterprise social media ESHC is positively related to team-member exchange (TMX). Besides, both LMX and TMX are positively influence knowledge sharing (KS). The mediating effect of LMX and TMX are supported.
