近年來,環境保護與環保意識抬頭,大眾開始重視企業在生產製造產品時,對於環境永續發展是否產生的衝擊,各國政府也從過去的道德勸說,逐漸改為立法規範整個企業與其供應商。而在學術界,陸續也出現大量綠色供應鏈管理的相關文獻。

本研究欲建立一個綠色供應鏈管理的策略分析架構與流程,藉由分析外部環境與內部資源能力,同時考量各活動流程中的環境損益與供應鏈夥伴互動關係等因素,協助晶圓代工相關的產業或企業,建立綠色供應鏈的長、短期策略以及對應的行動方案,並以提高環境的績效為宗旨。

研究設計採用公開的次級資料,對外部環境與個案公司內部資源做歸納整合,同時為了強化過去文獻較為缺乏的供應鏈夥伴觀點以及考慮合作夥伴間的互動關係,會進行半結構訪談來取得這方面的初級資料做綜合分析。

本研究對於個案公司提出在物流端與客戶端較缺少關注的建議,包含物流端在報告書中,較少對運輸與倉儲有太多著墨;與客戶端的報告,大多針對產品能耗優勢以及國際法規等保健因子,未對與客戶間在綠色供應鏈管理方面有更多的合作與學習等交流。本研究建立一套綠色供應鏈管理的策略分析架構與流程,先針對產業在供應鏈所處位置制定分析的邊界與對象,再從環境損益、綠色供應鏈管理驅動力與阻力、互動關係、內部資源,進而對擬定策略與行動方案,提供更明確的方向。
Abstract
In recent years, environmental protection and environmental awareness have risen. The public has begun to pay attention to the impact on the sustainable development of the environment when enterprises manufacture products. Governments of various countries have gradually changed from moral persuasion in the past to legislation to regulate the entire enterprise and its suppliers. In academia, a large number of related literatures on green supply chain management have appeared one after another.

This study intends to establish a strategic analysis framework and process for green supply chain management, with the aim of improving environmental performance. By analyzing the external environment and internal resources and capabilities. At the same time, factors such as environmental profit and loss and supply chain partner interaction in each activity process are considered to assist foundry-related industries or enterprises to establish long- and short-term strategies and action plans for a green supply chain.

The research design uses public secondary data to summarize and integrate the external environment and the internal resources of the case company. In order to reinforce the viewpoint of supply chain partners that was lacking in the literature in the past and consider the interaction between partners, semi-structured interviews will be conducted to obtain primary data in this area for comprehensive analysis.

This study puts forward some suggestions for case companies that are less concerned about the logistics side and the client side. On the logistics side, there is less emphasis on transportation and warehousing in the report. On the client side, most of the reports focus on basic elements such as product energy consumption advantages and international regulations, and do not state that there will be more cooperation and learning with clients in green supply chain management. This research establishes a set of strategic analysis framework and process for green supply chain management, and firstly formulates the boundaries and objects of analysis according to the position of the industry in the supply chain. Then, it will analyze from the aspects of environmental profit and loss, green supply chain management driving force and resistance, interaction relationship, internal resources, etc., to provide a clearer direction for formulating strategies and action plans.
