本研究以隨創與學習觀點為基礎,探討叄捌地方生活如何實現地方創生的創業歷程。「地方創生」須滿足以在地資源,找到具有持續性的商業模式,以少量資源放大環境的價值,惟想法要落地成作法,必須克服許多不確定性,而學界仍未有充分的實證歸納。隨創文獻為處於資源劣勢的創新者,提供資源拼湊、重組出新價值的手法,但在資源建構及時機識別上,若缺乏社會建構及探尋資源的脈絡的過程,將難以獲取關鍵的外部異質資源,也無法創造資源的優勢情境。本研究將叄捌地方生活的發展歷程,依關鍵事件、轉折分成三階段,檢視叄捌於各階段的隨創作為,並嘗試以物件喚起調適性學習的觀點,解釋階段間的學習效果,如何為公司帶來新知識、能力,並為資源找到延展價值的機會,驅使組織往下一個階段發展。
Abstract
Based on the Bricolage and learning perspectives, this study explores the entrepreneurial process of how 3080s Local Life realizes the Regional Revitalization. " Regional Revitalization " must be based on local resources, find a sustainable business model, and amplify the value of the environment with a small number of resources. However, many uncertainties must be overcome to realize the idea, and there is still no sufficient evidence in the academic world. induction. Bricolage literature provides innovators with resource disadvantages, providing resources to piece together and reorganize new values. However, in terms of resource construction and opportunity recognition, if there is a lack of social construction and the process of exploring the context of resources, it will be difficult to obtain key external resources, nor can they create an advantageous situation for resources. This study divides the development process of 3080s Local Life into three stages according to key events and turning points, examines the random behavior of 3080s Local Life in each stage, and tries to use objects to evoke the point of view of adaptive learning, to explain the learning effect between stages, how to bring new knowledge, capabilities to the company, and finding opportunities to extend the value of resources to drive the organization to the next level.
