多數人在下班回到家之餘,常會利用自己的行動裝置等來瀏覽各種平台,像是社群或是影音串流平台。近年來許多日本動畫都會在各種影音串流平台供動畫愛好者觀看。本研究將看動畫作為主題,並結合生活滿意度和看動畫當下感受到的情緒程度,以及後續看動畫後的情緒調節,探討是否會因此而導致沉迷動畫的情形發生。本研究選用了「輝夜姬想讓人告白~天才們的戀愛頭腦戰」這部動畫來作為我們的情境,透過問卷方式取得了190份有效問卷,並使用Partial Least Squares進行各構面關係的分析。最終透過實證數據可以得知人們的生活滿意度的程度會影響他們對動畫的情緒感受程度,也會影響到觀看動畫後的情緒調節。本研究之數據證實了觀看動畫是能夠對人們的情緒及情緒調節有影響,災難化情緒調節影響沉迷動畫的情形。
Abstract
Many people watch Japanese animations through video streaming services. This study considers whether viewers’ satisfaction with life will affect their hedonic emotion arising from watching the animation, and subsequently their emotion regulation. Relevant data was obtained through surveying viewers of the animation “Kaguya-sama: Love Is War”. Partial least square method analysis on 190 survey returns revealed that viewers’ satisfaction with life contributes to hedonic emotion. Viewers’ satisfaction with life leads to positive emotion regulation such as positive refocusing and refocus on planning, and reduce negative emotion regulation of catastrophizing. Hedonic emotion also contributes to positive emotion regulation of positive refocusing, refocus on planning, rumination and positive reappraisal. Hence, there is benefits watching such animations. However, catastrophizing emotion regulation can lead to addiction.
