過去台灣傳統產業優勢主要來自勤奮而便宜的勞動力，但如今勞動人力供給不斷地在萎縮，企業又面臨國內外市場更多同質競爭者的投入，在瞬息萬變的艱困局勢中，如何轉型而存活下來?許多企業用投入智慧製造的方式來優化自身生產製造體系，成為各傳統製造產業轉型過程中的一條出路。
本研究從外部經濟環境變化威脅傳統產業公司營運的觀點切入，藉由現今數位轉型、工業4.0、智慧製造及科技採用模式等相關文獻的探討，以高雄扣件業A公司為研究個案，藉由個案分析來探索就實務上企業執行數位優化、智慧製造等相關科技，運用於企業推動轉型上的可行方式，並嘗試著找出傳統產業轉型的有效途徑，以提供參考。
後疫情時代的產業新局，將是傳統產業運用以「數位化」的數據驅動智慧製造、轉型來助力企業的成長，而這將是傳統產產業下一波競爭力提升的關鍵。

In past decades, the main advantages of traditional industries in Taiwan mainly came from low labor costs and diligent labors. As supply in labor force is shrinking and traditional industries face more competitions from both domestic and foreign markets, companies in Taiwan adopt new technologies to improve their manufacturing and operation in their transformation to digitalization.
This thesis examines the impacts of the changes of external factors on the operation of company in traditional industries, from economic and environmental perspective. In doing so, the study reviews the related literature on digital transformation, industries 4.0 and intelligent manufacturing. Base on the review, along with technology acceptance model and the data from case company, taking a company in fastener industries as example, to analyze the feasibility on a company digital transformation by implementing intelligent manufacturing on its operation.
In the post-Covid 19 era, traditional industries could benefit enormously from digitalization, as it is one of the important factors for traditional industries to maintain and improve its competitiveness in the markets.
