本研究以理性行為理論為理論基礎，探討民眾「感知有用性」、「態度」、「主觀規範」、「焦慮」、「自我效能」對麻醉自費醫療使用意圖的影響，提供醫療業了解不同族群需求，制定醫院推廣策略以增加醫院績效及提升醫療照護品質，創造雙贏的局面才是本研究的目的。

本研究主要為評估台灣民眾選擇麻醉自費醫療的因素,研究對象為年滿20歲一般民眾,本研究彙整相關文獻問卷回收分析並做關聯性的探討，採用網路問卷方式蒐集資料,預計將回收的有效問卷,並利用SPSS軟體進行敘述性統計分析、因素分析、信度分析及迴歸分析法進行資料實證分析,實證結果發現「感知認知有用性」及「態度」構面上，為影響民眾使用意圖行為正向的主要原因；以感知自費醫療有用的平均值最高,次之是自費醫療的態度,感知有用性越高其使用自費醫療品項就越高,在病人或家屬在使用自費醫療方面上，可以朝增強對自費醫療的感知之有用態度構面上為推廣策略。

Based on the theory of rational behavior, this study explores the influence of people's "perceived usefulness" "attitude" "subjective norms" " anxiety " and " self-efficacy " on the intention of self-pay medical use of anesthesia. It is the purpose of this study to provide the medical industry to understand the needs of different ethnic groups and formulate hospital promotion strategies to increase hospital performance and improve the quality of medical care to create a win-win situation.

This study is mainly to evaluate the factors of Taiwanese people's choice of self-financed medical care for anesthesia. This study summarizes the related literature questionnaire recovery analysis and discusses its relevance. It uses online questionnaires to collect data. The effective questionnaires that are expected to be recovered are used for narrative statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis and regression using SPSS software. An empirical analysis of data, the empirical results found that the "perceived cognitive usefulness" and "attitude" are the main reasons that affect the positive behavior of people's use intention. The average value of perceived self-pay medical treatment is the highest, followed by the attitude of self-financed medical treatment. The higher the perceived usefulness, the higher the use of self-financed medical products. With regard to the use of self-financed medical care by patients or family members, it can be a promotion strategy to enhance the perception of self-financed medical care.
