數位轉型(Digital Transformation)近年已經是全球企業發展的趨勢，根據Forrester Research調查顯示，全世界至少有75%的企業已經開始進行數位轉型的評估，企業將透過新的科技技術、再優化的商業模式、內部組織的整合及作業流程再造，提升工作效率及創造新的市場範疇。
數位轉型趨勢下，RPA(Robotic Process Automation)自動化流程機器人為近年來受到企業關注的數位工具，RPA為一個數位勞動力，擅於執行跨平台的操作並可以24小時不間斷的工作，在企業營運的流程中，具備高重複性、標準化及明確規則的工作，都可交由RPA執行，RPA是一位高效率且品質佳的數位勞動力。
會計師事務所為高度倚賴人力專業的產業，工作內容有賴於人力專業的判讀。本研究個案事務所在面對數位轉型的趨勢下，投入瞭解RPA並檢視內部的工作流程，最後導入RPA。本研究以個案研究方式進行個案事務所在導入前評估、過程中的問題與解決方式及導入後的營運效益的分析與探討。

In recent years, digital transformation has become a trend of global enterprise development. According to Forrester Research, at least 75% of enterprises around the world have begun to evaluate digital transformation. Enterprises will use new technologies and re-optimized business models, integration of internal organizations and business process reengineering in order to improve work efficiency and create new market areas.
On the trend of digital transformation, RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is a digital tool that has attracted the attention of enterprises recently. RPA is a digital workforce that is good at performing cross-platform operations and can work 24 hours continuously. During the process, RPA performs work with repetition, standardization, and clear rules, which is an efficient and high-quality digital workforce.
Accounting industry is highly dependent on human resources, and the content of their work also depends on the interpretation of human resources. On the trend of digital transformation, this research case firm invested in understanding RPA, reviewed the internal workflow, and applied RPA. In the research, the case study method is implemented to analyze and discuss the evaluation of the case firm before the introduction, the problems and solutions in the process, and the operational benefits after the introduction.
