台灣2021年上半季健康醫療資通訊的投資金額比前一季成長92%,可知健康產業的數位轉型醫療生態系是重要趨勢,從科技發展來看,雲端平台可以滿足顧客對健康管理的需求,並發現政府在醫療政策施行重視以病人為中心思維,因此發展雲端藥局並建立虛實整合醫療網,滿足人民例行醫療的需求對醫療生態系的形成是一個機會。 數位轉型有三個階段,針對流程數位化階段轉型到創新商業邏輯階段的過程中,發現由於平台各自獨立而產生碎片化的問題,因此提出一站式的整合服務串聯各個環節,透過數位共享、遠距諮詢可以幫助提升流程的智慧化,引導協調可提升可用性。另外發現健康護理是復雜、分散的服務,因此提出使用科技、網絡來加強以病人為中心的服務,透過Stanford Health Care價值活動設計和個性化推薦,去提升顧客的參與感和個性化。 綜合上述,本研究所設計醫療生態系創新整合流程,是以病人為中心的一站式整合服務為核心發展,導入Stanford Health Care價值活動設計方法,配合遠距醫療系統、聊天機器人、個人化推薦系統、引導介面設計、視覺化工具,提升平台可用性和智慧化,使顧客有參與感、個人化、完成任務,提供產業往創新商業邏輯發展的方法論,並提供學術界依據理論所設計醫療生態系之研究與評估衡量的指標。 |
Abstract |
In the first quarter of 2021, health care information communication investments in Taiwan grew by 92 percent. It reveals that digital transformation is an important trend in medical ecosystem. Therefore, in order to meet the needs of people's routine medical care, it is an important opportunity to develop cloud pharmacy and virtual physical integration medical network to form a medical ecosystem. There are three stages of digital transformation. From the Digitalization stage to the Digital transformation stage, it caused fragmented service due to the independence of the platforms. However, one-stop integrated service connects each service ,through distance consulting make processes intellectual, and coordination can improve usability. In addition, health care is a complex and decentralized service. With Stanford Health Care value activity design and personalized recommendation to strengthen patient-centered services, enhance customer participation and personalization. As discussed above, this paper aims to design an innovative integration process for the medical ecosystem. With telemedicine systems, chatbots, personalized recommendation systems, guidance interface design, and visual tools, develop one-stop integrated services centered on the patient and implement the design methodology of Stanford Health Care value activities. Improve the usability and intelligence of the platform, enable customers have a sense of participation, personalization, and get the job done. Provide a methodology for the industry to develop innovative business logic, and a medical ecosystem designed by academia based on theoretical indicators for research and evaluation. |
