永續發展之定義為滿足當代人的需求又不危及後代人滿足其需求的發展，在各企業尋求基業長青之際，企業社會責任是必須努力的方向，也是世界公民的義務。聯合國推動永續發展目標(Sustainable Development Goals, SDGs)，將SDGs 融入企業的CSR活動，促使SDGs 成為全球CSR發展架構主流。然而，社會責任不侷限於企業，公共組織也是實現可持續發展目標(SDGs)的核心，大學是社會中功能獨特的組織，除了做為知識交流的場域，更具有其社會責任與地位，因此衍生為大學社會責任(USR)。CSR結合USR的夥伴關係具有策略上之優勢，但目前國內對於CSR結合USR的研究十分缺乏，因此希望透過本研究，探索CSR結合USR相互效力之道。
本研究採用個案訪談法，探討CSR結合USR相互效力的實務概況，並透過訪談彙整與分析，期能深入了解CSR結合USR相互效力的未來發展性。實證結果發現，透過深化合作、商品化、納入政府公部門，結合USR和CSR的優點，擴大社會影響力的概念融入，將更能實踐CSR結合USR相互效力，達到一加一大於二之成效。並期待透過持續不間斷的企業社會責任實踐與呈現，促進善念的傳承，達到善念永續之共好社會。

The definition of sustainable development is to meet the needs of the present without endangering the development of future generations to meet their needs. When enterprises seek to have a long-term foundation, corporate social responsibility is the direction that must be strived. The United Nations promotes Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), integrates SDGs into corporate CSR activities, and promotes SDGs to become the mainstream of the global CSR development framework. However, social responsibility is not limited to enterprises. Public organizations are also the core of achieving the SDGs. Universities are organizations with unique functions in society. In addition to being a field of knowledge exchange, they also have social responsibility, and derivative as University Social Responsibility (USR). The partnership between CSR and USR has strategic advantages, but there is currently a lack of research on CSR and USR in Taiwan. Therefore, we hope to explore the mutual effect of CSR and USR through this research.
Thus, this study uses the case interview method to explore the practical overview of the interdependence between CSR and USR, and through interviews and analysis. We hope to gain an in-depth understanding of the future development of the interdependent between CSR and USR. The empirical results show that by deepening the concept of cooperation, commercialization and incorporation into the public sector, the interdependence of CSR and USR can be practiced, and the effect of one and one is greater than two, achieve goodwill lasts and GUNG HO society.
