企業管理者為了企業永續經營，進行一連串的流程改造。從公司制度面、組織面、資訊面，企圖再造企業流程，並重新設計流程。有些企業主則不惜成本代價，導入企業資源規劃系統。無論流程改造，抑或是導入新的資訊資源系統，都是為了企業進一步成長。

有些企業積極尋求數位轉型，有些企業主則是躊躇不前。現今科技不斷大躍進，企業必須思考的是，如何去進行，而非要或不要做的問題。導入企業資源規劃系統，雖然能對企業帶來莫大的助益，但思考其建置成本、經濟效益，以及投資成本回收率，企業主應更積極思考，過渡期間之解決方案。

本研究以公司個案為例，從中觀察其組織文化、領導者以及相關單位，思考潛在的再造流程。協助企業評估及有效的利用既有資源，漸進式改造其流程，以降低組織的衝擊，為企業下一階段的全面數位化轉型做根基。最後，引入視覺化管理技術，直觀的、儀表板式的管理介面，將資料數據做二維度的萃取，協助企業提高管理效能；另一方面，視覺化技術的應用，也許不盡然完美，可能存在潛在風險於企業流程當中。

In order to the sustainable operation of the enterprise, the business managers carry out a series of process transformations. From the perspective of the company's system, organization, and information, companies attempt to reconstruct the enterprise process and redesign the process. Some business owners do not hesitate to introduce enterprise resource planning systems. No matter the process transformation or the introduction of a new information resource system, it is all for the further growth of the enterprise.
Some companies are actively pursuing digital transformation, and some are hesitate to move forward. Today's technology continues to make great leaps forward, what owners must think about is how to do it instead of to do or don’t. Although the introduction of enterprise resource planning system can bring great benefits to enterprises, considering its construction cost, economic benefits, and investment cost recovery rate, business owners should think more proactively for solutions during transition time.
This study takes a company case as an example to observe its organizational culture, leaders and related departments, thinking about potential business process reengineering. Assist enterprises to evaluate existing resources effectively, progressively transform its processes to reduce the impact of the organization and lay the foundation for the next phase of the company’s comprehensive digital transformation. Finally, implement visualization technology, an intuitive dashboard management interface to manage processes. Two-dimensional data extraction can help enterprises improve processes efficiency. On the other hand, the application of visualization technology may not be perfect, and there may be potential risks in enterprise processes.
