2020年因為新冠肺炎(COVID-19)的爆發，疫情肆虐迅速擴散蔓延到全世界，截至2021年5月20日為止，全球至少1.65億人確診，全球至少343萬人病故，這是一場全球性史無前例的恐怖大瘟疫，全世界正面臨最嚴峻的危機挑戰，造成全球經濟蕭條，封城鎖國，於是衍生出遠距上班，遠距教學，遠距虛實整合醫療，智慧醫療的新生活型態。
透過遠距醫療，使用『健康醫療區塊鏈平台』線上看診，可以減少接觸傳染，減少病患就診率，減少醫療資源不必要的浪費，更加靈活有效率的應用，讓病患在離島偏鄉，或是年長者或居家隔離者，居家檢疫者帶來改變就醫的全新診療模式。
2021年是台灣遠距醫療健保給付元年，新冠肺炎疫情加速醫療數位轉型，是帶來智慧醫療典範轉移的最佳時機，這像是一場破壞性的革命創新技術，將其紮紮實實地應用在遠距醫療和智慧醫療上，內容包含有HIoT物聯網，A I人工智慧，大數據分析Big Data，雲端預算Cloud，成功將危機化為轉機。
智慧醫療將是5G時代的新革命趨勢潮流，當A I +5G與醫療相遇，碰撞出火花即是智慧醫療的新商機與新轉機，遠距智慧醫療的需求真的是刻不容緩。早在1995年政府就制定了「山地離島地區通訊醫療之實施地點及實施方式」將遠距醫療作為偏遠地區醫師缺乏，醫療可及性較低的補救方案。

Through telemedicine, the use of medical platform for online consultation can reduce contact infection, reduce the rate of patient visits, reduce unnecessary waste of medical resources, and make more flexible and efficient applications. Let the patients in remote islands, the elderly or those at home isolation, or those at home quarantine bring a new diagnosis and treatment model that changes the medical treatment.
2021 is the first year 0f Taiwan Yuanju Medical and Healthcare benefits. The COVID-19 accelerates the digital transformation of medical care, and is the best time to bring a paradigm shift in smart medical care. This is like a disruptive revolutionary innovation technology, which is firmly applied to telemedicine and smart medical care. The content includes IoT Internet, I artificial intelligence, big data analysis, cloud computing, and successfully turned the crisis into an opportunity.
