本研究從商業平台生態系角度探討照顧產業媒體的商業模式，並運用策略鑽石模型來分析照顧產業媒體的未來發展及轉型策略。研究主要採取質性方法，先透過產業報告分析及文獻彙整出台灣與國際媒體產業的發展方向，以及照顧產業媒體的因應做法，然後藉由深度訪談產官學研業界專家，來檢視媒體發展的困難點，並擬定照顧產業媒體未來新商業模式。研究發現，傳統雜誌出版業者已無法單靠廣告收入來創造營收，必須轉往自行舉辦或承接展覽活動案，建構能整合線上與線下虛實環境的O2O商業生態系，才能為客戶創造獨特的新價值。
藉由深入的歸納分析，本研究不僅提出了照顧產業媒體未來可資運用的策略模型，也期望協助AC公司了解國際媒體產業發展趨勢，以及面對老年化社會的衝擊下，如何經由策略調整來因應未來的挑戰。

This study explores the business model of elderly care industrial media from the perspective of business ecosystem, and analyzes the future business and transformational strategies of industrial media company by applying the Strategic Diamond Framework. It collects and responds to the customary practices of various industrial media, and develops future international experts through in-depth research and research, and examines industrial development problems and various industrial media findings. According to research, traditional magazine publishers and advertisers can no longer rely on advertising revenue to achieve or achieve commercial profits, and most of them have switched from business to self-organized exhibitions and activities, creating an O2O ecosystem that can create an online and offline virtual environment.
Based on the in-depth summary and analyses, the research not only proposes an executable strategy model for the elderly care industrial media, but also help advances AC Company’s understanding of the developmental trend in the international media industry. I also remind AC Company to be flexible in strategy direction in order to effectively deal with the challenge and impact of the aging society.
