由於科技發展迅速,現今社會激烈的競爭使人們的壓力越來越大,過高的工作壓力會對個人、組織及社會帶來嚴重的後果。以個人層面來看,過大的工作壓力會影響身心健康及導致死亡率上升。從組織、社會層面來看,過大的工作壓力會影響到組織績效。過去研究發現,工作壓力會影響到個人的主觀幸福感,而因應策略的使用亦會調節工作壓力對幸福感的影響。而隨著醫藥制度的改變,藥師在整個醫療行為中扮演著重要的角色,替民眾的用藥把關,因此藥師的工作壓力、因應策略與幸福感值得去探討研究。 本研究的目的為探討目前藥師之工作壓力、因應策略以及幸福感這三者間的關係。本研究以在高雄地區執業的藥師為研究樣本,進行問卷調查,共回收有效樣本406份,有效回收率達 58%,蒐集的資料以SPSS統計套裝軟體20.0進行分析,分析方法包含:描述性統計、信度分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數、 Pearson積差、階層迴歸分析。 本研究發現,研究樣本藥師多為女性,執業處所以診所居多。藥師的工作壓力感受為中高程度,因應策略使用頻率亦為中高程度,幸福感為中上。又以藥局藥師、藥廠藥師的幸福感平均高於在醫院執業的藥師。對於壓力感受,女性藥師在工作負荷、家庭工作平衡的壓力比男性藥師大;已婚藥師則在家庭工作平衡、管理角色、工作瑣事的壓力比單身藥師大;基層藥師在組織氣氛的壓力比主管職藥師大。男性、已婚、基層藥師較常使用控制性因應策略。已婚藥師的幸福感又比單身藥師高。 藥師壓力因應策略與幸福感之間有部分正相關,支持性因應與幸福感之間呈顯著正相關。藥師工作壓力與幸福感之間有部分負相關,工作負荷、工作家庭平衡、上司賞識與幸福感之間呈顯著負相關。壓力因應策略在工作壓力與幸福感之間具有部分調節的效果,其中控制性因應在人際關係壓力與幸福感之間具有調節的效果、支持性因應在工作家庭平衡與幸福感之間具有調節的效果、控制性因應在組織氣氛與幸福感之間具有調節的效果。 |
Abstract |
Due to the rapid development of science and technology, the competitive society nowadays makes people feel more and more stressful. The excessive job stress will cause serious consequences for individuals, organizations and society. At the individual level, excessive job stress will affect mental and physical health, the mortality will increase as well. At the organizational and social level, excessive job stress will affect organizational performance. Previous studies have found that job stress can affect an individual's subjective happiness. Furthermore , making use of coping strategies can moderate the impact of job stress on happiness. Along with the change of medicine institutions, pharmacists play important role in medical treatment, guarding the masses’ medication. Consequently , it is worth to investigate into pharmacists’ job stress, coping strategies and happiness. The intention of this study is to understand the relationship among job stress, coping strategies and happiness. The sample included 406 pharmacists who work in Kaohsiung city, and using questionnaire survey to conduct investigation. The effective recovery rate of the questionnaire is 58%. The data of survey were analyzed by SPSS 20.0, including descriptive statistics,analysis of reliability, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation, and hierarchical regression. The results of this study found that study sample contained majority of female and most of them works at clinics. The percention of pharmacists’ job stress were in a high level. The frequency of coping strategies was also used in a high level, and the happiness was above the average. Pharmacists worked at pharmacies and pharmaceutical factories, whose happiness were higher than pharmacists worked in hospitals. Female pharmacists felt much more stress from workload and home/work balance than male pharmacists. Married pharmacists felt much more stress from home/work balance, managerial role and hassles than single pharmacists. Grassroots pharmacists felt much more stress from organization climate than executive pharmacists. Male,married,grassroots pharmacists often use control coping strategies. Married pharmacists’ happiness was higher than single pharmacists. There are partially significant and positive relationships between coping strategies and happiness. There are significant and positive relationships between support coping strategies and happiness. There are partially significant and negative relationships between job stress and happiness. There are significant and negative relationships among the stress from workload, home/work balance, recognition, and happiness. Coping strategies have partial adjusted effect between job stress and happiness. And control coping strategies can moderate the impact of stress from relationships on happiness. Support coping strategies have significant moderating effect between job stress from home/work balance and happiness. Control coping strategies can moderate the impact of job stress from organization climate on happiness. |
