在健保總額體制下，醫院對應醫療環境的競爭，健檢中心的自費項目是醫院營利重要來源。而內視鏡檢查是本健檢中心的核心業務，內視鏡檢查的安全作業以及順暢流程是本中心持續精進的重點。
本研究主要目的在探討健檢中心的內視鏡作業程序，導入「精實生產」之研究。分析內視鏡作業於檢討內部流程中的浪費要點後，如何導入精實生產，並分析導入精實生產程序後，流程改善與節約時間的成果。
本研究結果可知：醫療業務落實「精實生產」的思維，確認價值溪流，設定目標，配合資訊處理，執行精實改善的手法，持續不斷的改善，在每個環節檢討問題的瓶頸點，服務效率會有顯著的提高，醫療體系導入「精實生產」，的確有助於改善醫療體系的作業效率及營造持續改善的文化。

Due to Global Budget Payment System of NHI, hospitals respond to the competition in the medical environment, and the self-financed items of the health examination center are an important source of hospital profits. Endoscopy is the core business of this health examination center. The safe operation and smooth process of endoscopy are the focus of the center's continuous improvement.
The main purpose of this research is to explore the endoscope operating procedures of the health examination center and to introduce the research of "lean production". Analyze the endoscope operation after reviewing the waste points in the internal process, how to introduce lean production, and analyze the results of process improvement and time saving after the introduction of lean production procedures.
The results of this study show that the medical business implements the "lean production" thinking, confirms the value stream, sets goals, cooperates with information processing, implements lean improvement methods, continues to improve, and reviews the bottleneck points of the problem in each link, service efficiency will be improved. The introduction of "lean production" in the medical system will indeed help improve the efficiency of the medical system and create a culture of continuous improvement.
