本研究主要目的是探討家族企業與非家族企業對高績效工作系統、組織創新行為與組織績效之影響,並以組織創新行為為中介變項。本研究經由問卷調查收集了174份企業負責人與高階主管為樣本,並依據中介效果模式驗證步驟進行假設檢驗。結果發現家族企業與非家族企業對高效率工作系統無顯著關係、而高績效工作系統對創新行為有顯著高正向關係,且組織創新行為具中介效果。最後,本研究提出研究意涵與未來建議之討論,無論是家族企業與非家族企業皆能高效率使用人力資源管理策略,讓企業永續經營。 |
Abstract |
The aim of this study is to explore the influence of high performance work system(HPWS) on organization innovation behavior and organization performance by Family firms and non-family firms. The study also examined the mediating effect of the organization innovation behavior model between high performance work systems and organization performance. The present study analyzes 174 valid samples from business owner and executive. After analyzing by mediated-effects model, the results showed that the HPWS are no significant effect on Family firms between non-family firms, and the HPWS positively related to organization innovation behavior. The academic and managerial implications will be discussed in the study. Either the Family firms or non-family firms should put the HPWS to complete so that the enterprise con have sustainable operation. |
