近年來,越來越多的人喜歡到臺灣旅遊,尤其是台南。台南位於臺灣西南平原,是臺 灣發展最早的城市,也是臺灣文化的發祥地。不同地方美食口味的結合,也使台南 成為"美食之都"。台南街頭小吃充滿了歷史和文化的故事。台南街頭小吃在世界
上是獨一無二的,是每個外國人都想去探索的地方。台南街頭小吃的味道和外國 的完全不一樣。與古跡、美食旅遊相配套已成為台南城市旅遊的重要旅遊資源。 藉由本研究,可以瞭解如何透過台南美食旅遊吸引更多外國遊客。訪談問題是根 據文獻回顧中的關鍵字設計的。本研究設計一份簡短的問卷,問卷中包含七個問 題，透過訪談內容瞭解受訪者到台南旅遊的經驗與對台南的看法及建議。研究結 果顯示,若能將美食旅遊與台南的文化古蹟結合,則可增加台南美食旅遊對外國遊 客的吸引力。

In recent years, more and more people love to travel Taiwan especially Tainan. Located in the southwest plain of Taiwan, Tainan is the earliest developed city in Taiwan and the birthplace of the island's culture. The combination of different local food tastes has also made Tainan become "street food capital". Tainan street food is full of historical and cultural stories. Tainan street food is unique in the world, where every foreigner wants to explore. The flavor of street food in Tainan is totally different from foreign countries. Matching with historic sites and food tourism has become the important tourist resource of Tainan city tourism. This research will lead to know how to attract more foreign tourists through Tainan food tourism. The interview questions are designed base on the key words in literature review. A short questionnaire was designed to ascertain the interviewees’ answers are related to Tainan tourism. The result shows that Tainan could be more attractive with food tourism if combine food tourism with the cultures and historic sites.
