醫療用大麻自2019年開始,在台灣持續有討論合法開放的聲浪,至今衛福部不斷在更新與草擬相關使用辦法,醫療用大麻-大麻二酚對於台灣來說是一種運用在臨床治療上的新成分。大麻二酚成分擁有許多醫療上臨床價值,然而在台灣目前尚未有一家供應商所登記且進口含有大麻二酚成分藥物或產品。當今毛小孩陪伴家人的比例越來越高,新生兒出生率節節下降,將伴侶動物視為小孩等同的重要性,動物的醫療福祉不容忽視。多元治療療法情況下,對台灣獸醫師採用任何有利於增進動物福祉的方式是有益的,因此以創新擴散理論為架構基礎,進一步探討台灣獸醫師在採用含有大麻二酚成分藥物或產品之影響為何。 本研究以問卷方式給予台灣地區所合法執業的獸醫師填答,經本研究結果後發現:(1)創新屬性與採用大麻二酚產品行為意向有負相關影響。(2)溝通管道與採用大麻二酚產品行為意向有正相關影響。(3)社會系統與採用大麻二酚產品行為意向沒有顯著影響 (4)台灣獸醫師的臨床服務年資對創新擴散與行為意向沒有顯著影響。 |
Abstract |
Since 2019, the legal issue has been discussed for the medical purpose of marijuana in clinical treatment in Taiwan. Ministry of Health and Welfare(MOHW) updates the related guidelines continuously. CBD is treated as multiple advantages in clinical treatment regarding its contents. However, it has not been registered by any import supplier in Taiwan. In view of increasing family keep pets and decreasing newborns in the country, more people deem their pets as part of the members. Animal medical welfare is unneglectable therefore. It is believed that veterinarians adopt multiple treatments to protect animal health. In sum, the aim of the study is to discuss the intention of Taiwanese veterinarians on applying Cannabidiol (CBD) products based on Innovation Diffusion Theory. The study was tested by using a survey of some qualified Taiwanese veterinarian practitioners. The findings revealed that 1. The negative impact on intention of using CBD products and its property. 2. The communication channels have positive influence on applying CBD. 3. Social system has no significant impact on intention of using CBD products. 4. Job tenure of veterinarians have no significant impact on intention of applying CBD. |
