電子製造業為我國重要產業之一，近年來隨著3C產品的普及和產品週期的縮短，企業的研發技術能力是構成企業競爭力的一個環節，因此維持研發人員的穩定及持續發展人才也是企業需要注重的部分。
本研究欲以電子製造公司整體員工及研發人員的資料進行離職率及離職原因分析，去探討研發人員的離職狀況。
透過次級資料的收集分析結果，獲得以下研究發現：公司整體離職原因為公司因素的占比上升，而離職原因為個人因素的占比下降，整體而言個人因素還是比公司因素占比大。研發人員的離職原因分析結果與公司整體結果相同。
本研究另對研究發現在管理意涵上進行討論與提出建議，包含：提供具競爭性的薪資架構、規範合理的單位人力配置、制訂完善的人才發展規劃，供未來研究者在本研究的基礎上做更深入的探討。

The Electronics Manufacturing Services is one of the important industries in Taiwan. In recent years, with the popularization of 3C products and the shortening of product cycles, the R&D technology capabilities of enterprises are a part of the competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, maintaining the stability of R&D employees and sustainable development of talents is also an enterprise.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the turnover rate and reasons of turnover based on the data of the overall company and R&D employees of electronic manufacturing companies, to explore the turnover status of R&D employees.
Through the collection and analysis of secondary data, the following research findings are obtained: the overall reason for leaving the company is that the proportion of company factors has increased, while the proportion of personal factors has decreased. Overall, the proportion of personal factors is still larger than that of company factors. The analysis results of the reasons for the departure of R&D employees are the same as the results of the company.
This study also discusses and makes suggestions on the management implications of the research findings, including: providing a competitive salary structure, standardizing and rationalizing manpower allocation, and formulating a talent development plan.
