在我國有著龐大數量的機車與汽車,車輛密度遠高於不少國家,因此機車與汽車在道路上混流行駛的現象相當普遍。由於「汽機車混流」存在著交通安全的疑慮,故交通部提出了「汽機車分流」的方式。除了在分流路段機車駕駛人無法行駛快車道以外,在部分的混流路段中機車駕駛人可以選擇快車道來做行駛,但部分機車駕駛人仍選擇行駛慢車道。影響機車駕駛人於混合車流中行駛慢車道的意向和影響其意向之因素為此論文欲研究的方向。

機車係為國人在外出時使用運具次數最高的交通工具,然而機車的交通事故也屢見不鮮,且現今的機車駕駛人仍以行駛慢車道為大宗,若是相關的交通單位能夠更深入了解機車駕駛人於慢車道的駕駛行為以及特性,未來在進行道路規劃以及相關交通政策的調整時能夠在更符合用路人需求的情況下進行調整,期望能提升整體的交通安全。本研究係參考Ajzen(1985)所提出的計劃行為理論(TPB),並對應研究問題,從態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制以及行為意向來瞭解機車駕駛人行駛慢車道的行為意向。研究者於2021年5月26日至6月4日於網路發放問卷,以所蒐集之資料進行分析。

研究結果顯示,對應至本研究三個研究假設:機車駕駛人的正向態度增加行駛慢車道的行為意向、機車駕駛人的正向主觀規範增加行駛慢車道的行為意向以及機車駕駛人的正向知覺行為控制增加行駛慢車道的行為意向;而迴歸分析中,在顯著性水準為0.05的標準下,TPB與人口統計變項中的性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、是否育有兒女、教育水準以及平均月所得p值均>0.05,皆未達顯著水準;TPB與騎乘經驗則是市區騎乘速度p值<0.05,有達到一定顯著性,騎乘機車年數及持有駕照年數則沒有達到顯著性。本研究發現機車駕駛人行駛慢車道的行為意向仍是以行駛慢車道為主軸。此外,本研究採取網路問卷的方式,網路使用者多為年輕族群。
Abstract
There are a lot of cars and motorcycles in Taiwan. The density of traffic is far more than other countries. It is common for cars and motorcycles to drive/ride together on the roads. To avoid the problem of traffic safe with the mixed traffic flow, The diverted traffic is proposed. Motorcyclists might choose the slow line even if they can ride in the fast lane in mixed traffic. This research aims to understand motorcyclists’ intentions and the associated factors of riding in the slow lanes in mixed traffic.

The motorcycles are with the top usage rate for transportation in Taiwan. A lot of traffic accidents are associated with motorcycles. If the traffic department can understand motorcyclists’ riding behavior and characteristic, then they can design a better traffic planning and traffic policy to conform the demand, and create a safer traffic environment. The research employs the Theory of Planned Behavior proposed by Ajzen (1985) for analysis, including investigating behavioral intention of motorcyclists, their attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavior control. An online survey was conducted to collect data from May to June 2021.

The results verify the three research hypotheses: the positive attitude increase the behavior intention of riding on slow line to motorcycles, the positive subjective norms increase the behavior intention of riding on slow line to motorcycles and the positive perceived behavior control increase the behavior intention of riding on slow line to motorcycles. The regression analysis result shows that demographic variables, including the gender, age, marriage, having children or not, education level and average income, have no significant impact with TPB. The speed of riding of riding experience have insignificant impact with TPB at the significance level of 0.05, and the riding years and driving license years have no significant impact. Due to the online data-collection, the samples are from a relatively younger group.
