Abstract |
In recent years, the global economy has been booming and changing rapidly, the Gross World Product (GWP) of several economies around the world are growing continuously. In response to the rapid changes, the derivative products are inseparable from the application of electronic technology, and most electronic products are thanks to the continuous development of related technologies in the semiconductor industry, the total output value of the semiconductor industry currently accounts for about 10% to 12% of the world's total GWP. Obviously, the semiconductor industry will become an indispensable and important part of future social and economic development. The semiconductor industry represents a symbol of cutting-edge technology and high value added, from small consumer electronics products for people's livelihood to major strategic weapons of national defense technology, it seems that the whole world cannot accomplish any development without the semiconductor industries; it also plays a key role in emerging technology fields. The role of this study is very representative due to the selection of the right subjects. This particular research started from the idea of developing green products by constructing "green R&D supply chain management". Through the establishment of "supply chain management" (economic aspects such as revenue and profit issues) and "sustainable development" (non-economic aspects such as low energy consumption and environmental protection issues) model construction, at the same time develop a model that is sufficient for the sustainable development of the enterprise. During this research process, the theoretical model of " Network Orchestration 2.0" was firstly created, which summarized and integrated the " Network Orchestration " management project, "R&D Strategic Alliance" using Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) to set an important green norms, "Innovative Product R&D Planning" and performance indicators such as product development planning and management process. At the same time to verify the accuracy of the theoretical model, through industry interviews and adjustments. The academic contribution of this study is to let the members of R&D strategic alliance clearly understand the importance of their respective roles, acknowledge that some of the top players, such as ASE Group, have apparently developed significant R&D strategic alliances. The suggestion of this research is that any corporate can reach ESG purpose through deriving green supply chain, and providing a innovative " Network Orchestration 2.0" theory model for cross-industry alliance to build up a norm for ESG planning. |
