近年來，智慧型產品的需求大大提升加上人們對於健康的重視，導致各類電子產品及健身器材的流行，金屬材料的需求量大大提升，其中就包括鋁材料。中國大陸作為世界上鋁的主要生產國，近年來又憑藉完善的產業鏈優勢在全球市場中快速崛起，更是在全世界掀起了「去中國製造」的浪潮。個案公司也因此前往大陸設廠，於江蘇區域開拓發展業務，近年來也積極引進高端機械進行產品製造。
三年前，大陸市場適逢新冠疫情蔓延，各地反復遭受疫情封控影響，嚴重衝擊了各地經濟活動及工廠的正常運行。在新冠疫情的影響下，各地企業及工廠被逼停止運作，也導致工廠的運作方式及企業的未來經營方向發生了巨大的改變。
對鋁產業前景而言，此次疫情加上近年來大陸政府對於環保的重視，都對整個行業的運作模式有重大的影響，行業開始檢視並著手重新規劃未來的發展方向。各個企業也需配合政府的環保要求進行污水的處理及材料鍛造時的污染處理，面對政府對於環境保護的要求，各企業不僅要嚴格控制各個製程產出的廢料及廢氣，更是要想盡辦法，在競爭激烈的市場，因應競爭對手的價格競爭。
此次研究使用參與觀察法及次級資料分析法兩種方法，以SWOT分析及競爭策略分析的文獻為基礎，去檢視鋁擠型中小企業在大陸市場的發展前景，再分析市場的環境因素對個案公司的影響，由此來確定個案公司未來的發展方向。通過數據分析及結果觀察，達到以下目的：
1. 探討個案公司的優勢、劣勢與機會、威脅
2. 分析個案公司過去拓展大陸市場的經營策略
3. 擬定個案公司未來的經營策略

In recent years, the demand for smart products has greatly increased and people's emphasis on health has led to the popularity of various electronic products and fitness equipment, and the demand for metal materials has greatly increased, including aluminum materials. As the main producer of aluminum in the world, mainland China has rapidly risen in the global market by virtue of its comprehensive industrial chain advantages in recent years, and it has set off a wave of "made in China" all over the world. As a result, the case company went to mainland China to set up factories and develop business in the Jiangsu region. In recent years, it has also actively introduced high-end machinery for product manufacturing.
Three years ago, the mainland market coincided with the spread of the new crown epidemic, and various places were repeatedly affected by the epidemic blockade, which seriously impacted the normal operation of economic activities and factories in various places. Under the influence of the new crown epidemic, enterprises and factories around the world were forced to stop operations, which also led to huge changes in the way factories operate and the future business direction of enterprises.
As far as the prospects of the aluminum industry are concerned, the epidemic and the mainland government’s emphasis on environmental protection in recent years have had a major impact on the operation mode of the entire industry. The industry has begun to review and re-plan its future development direction. Each enterprise also needs to cooperate with the government's environmental protection requirements for sewage treatment and pollution treatment during material forging. Facing the government's requirements for environmental protection, each enterprise must not only strictly control the waste and waste gas produced by each process, but also try their best to the method is to respond to the price competition of competitors in the highly competitive market.
This study uses two methods of participant observation and secondary data analysis, based on SWOT analysis and competitive strategy analysis literature, to examine the development prospects of aluminum extrusion small and medium-sized enterprises in the mainland market, and then analyze the impact of market environmental factors on the impact of the case company, which determines the future development direction of the case company. Through data analysis and results observation, the following objectives are achieved:
1. Discuss the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the case company.
2. Analyze the business strategy of the case company in the past to expand the mainland market.
3. Formulate the future business strategy of the case company.
