2022年6月中國下水新型航空母艦福建號，代表其海軍戰力進一步提升。然而現有文獻尚未充分涵蓋此發展趨勢，本研究期望補足此缺口。本文透過「海權」理論視角，分析經濟利益與海上安全之間的關聯，以探討中國發展福建號的戰略意圖。研究發現，隨著對外貿易與能源進口需求日益增長，中國對海上運輸的依賴顯著加深，為保障海上交通線安全，中國積極推動福建號航母發展。研究指出，經濟利益是驅動中國航母發展的重要因素，亦為理解中國海軍戰略提供了更新的實證與理論觀點。

In June 2022, China introduced its latest aircraft carrier, the Fujian, representing a major boost in its naval capabilities. However, existing literature didn’t fully explore this development, and this study aims to fill that gap. This study uses a Sea Power framework to examine China’s strategy behind the Fujian, focusing on how economic interests relate to maritime security. The findings suggest that China developed the Fujian to better protect its sea lines of communication, as it increasingly relies on maritime transport for trade and energy imports. This study shows that economic interests are a major factor behind China’s aircraft carrier development and offers new insights into the progression of its naval strategy.
