合板一直以來對於各國都是重要的產品以及生活用品，舉凡在建築、裝修、包裝和民生用品皆有使用到合板的地方，然而一路以來合板的材質的演變和用法日新月異。因此合板廠商要如何應用和變化以及因應代替品的影響，暨能跟得上時代的潮流和又能站穩市場，是一門極為重要的課題。
合板是一種把原木旋切成單板後，再層層依照木紋不同方向加壓貼合。隨著時代與科技的進步，越多的代替品出現並在不同的領域中侵蝕合板的市場。因此如何在時代的洪流中，依然能夠在台灣市場中佔有一席之地，這將是本文的研究重點。
本研究從合板的歷史如何演進開始介紹，並詳細的解說合板正確的製造流程。透過分析合板的優缺點和市場的變化，並採用文獻回顧法、SWOT分析法、五力分析法及個案研究法來解釋說明合板在台灣市場上面臨的狀態。
透過調查和分析，最後得到的結論和解決方式如下：
1. 精進科技與技術，製造更具競爭力的產品來因應不斷變化的市場。
2. 透過擴展其他海外市場，例如提高公司國際市場的業務量來提升公司產業的優勢。
3. 將ESG與環保意識加入企業的文化中，營造永續環保的企業形象以利於提高消費者使用意願以及讓消費者感受到自己也是為地球出力的一份子。
4. 加強行銷，提升品牌差異化以及好的品牌意象來提升地位。

Plywood stands as an enduring staple within global markets, serving indispensable roles across construction, interior design, packaging, and daily utility sectors. Its production, involving the lamination of wood veneers in various configurations to optimize structural integrity, reflects a nuanced interplay of craftsmanship and industrial innovation.
However, the trajectory of plywood's market presence is not immune to the relentless march of progress. The landscape is increasingly shaped by the emergence of alternative materials, posing formidable challenges to plywood's traditional dominance. Against this backdrop, this study aims to delineate strategic pathways for sustaining market relevance within the Taiwanese context.
This study starts with an introduction to the historical evolution of plywood and explains in detail the correct manufacturing process of plywood. By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of plywood and market changes, and using literature review, SWOT analysis, five forces analysis and case study methods to explain the status of plywood in the Taiwan market.
The ensuing conclusions and recommendations are outlined as follows:
1. Through higher technology and technological progress, it can create more competitive products to adapt to the everchanging market.
2. It can expand the company's business by expanding into other markets.
3. Incorporating ESG and environmental awareness into the company's culture, which helps increase consumers' willingness.
4. It improves status by enhancing brand differentiation and good brand image.
