本研究探討混合雙占市場中,廠商分別面臨銷售與環境激勵時,在Cournot(數量競爭)與Bertrand(價格競爭)模式下的策略選擇及其對市場均衡與社會福利之影響。透過建立理論模型,分析公營與私營廠商如何在不同競爭模式與激勵結構下調整策略,以追求利潤極大化與社會福利。本研究發現,在不同的競爭模式下,激勵參數的變動將明顯影響企業的策略行為、均衡價格、產量及環境效益,進而對總體社會福利產生重要影響。此外,本研究凸顯重要政策意涵,建議政府設計激勵政策時需審慎考量市場競爭模式與企業所有制,以同時達成經濟與環境目標。 |
Abstract |
This paper investigates firms' strategic choices in a mixed duopoly market under sales and environmental incentives, comparing outcomes under Cournot (quantity competition) and Bertrand (price competition) modes and examining their impacts on market equilibrium and social welfare. By constructing a theoretical model, we analyze how public and private firms adjust their strategies under different competition modes and incentive structures to pursue profit maximization and social welfare. The results show that variations in incentive parameters significantly affect firms' strategic behaviors, equilibrium prices, output levels, and environmental performance under different competitive scenarios, consequently influencing overall social welfare. Moreover, this study highlights crucial policy implications, suggesting that governments carefully consider market competition modes and firm ownership when designing incentives to simultaneously achieve economic and environmental objectives. |
