本研究以『老有所終：長照機構經營策略之研究』為主題，並將S護理之家作為研究對象，探討在人口老齡化日益嚴峻的背景下，如何通過長期照護機構提升老年人的生活質量。透過對S護理之家的深入分析，本研究發現該機構通過實施一系列創新的服務模式和人性化的照護措施，有效地提升了老年人的生活質量和滿意度。研究結果強調了專業化照護團隊、多元化的服務內容以及對住客個別需求的細致關注在提升照護質量中的關鍵作用。基於這些發現，本文提出了一系列針對長照機構管理與服務改進的建議，旨在為業界和政策制定者提供參考，共同推動長照服務質量的提升，確保每一位老年人都能實現“老有所終”。
本研究目的旨在為長照機構提供可行的照顧模式、管理策略與結合政府義務家庭責任的社會支持，促進老年人的長照就養品質，以達『身、心、靈 均衡照護』來實現「老有所終」的核心理念。
本研究主要以質化研究，採用PEST分析、SWOT分析、STP+4P行銷組合，以及透過網站或期刊等，收集二手資料來進行分析長照產業的概況以及個案公司的經營模式，並結合個案分析法來探討S公司的經營管理和策略，如何在現有的長照產業環境下，創造企業永續的經營模式。

Abstract
This study is themed "A Graceful End: A Research on the Management Strategies of Long-Term Care Institutions," focusing on the S Nursing Home as the subject of research. It explores how to improve the quality of life for the elderly against the backdrop of an increasingly severe aging population, through long-term care institutions. Through an in-depth analysis of the S Nursing Home, this research found that the institution has effectively improved the quality of life and satisfaction of the elderly by implementing a series of innovative service models and humane care measures. The results emphasize the critical role of professional care teams, diversified service content, and meticulous attention to individual needs of the residents in enhancing the quality of care. Based on these findings, this paper proposes a series of recommendations for the management and service improvement of long-term care institutions. These recommendations aim to provide references for the industry and policymakers to jointly promote the quality of long-term care services, ensuring every elderly person can achieve a "graceful end."
The purpose of this study is to provide feasible care models, management strategies, and social support that combines government obligations and family responsibilities for long-term care institutions. This support aims to promote the quality of long-term care for the elderly, achieving a holistic care approach that balances physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, embodying the core concept of a "graceful end."
This research primarily employs qualitative methods, including PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, STP+4P marketing mix, and the collection of secondary data through websites and journals, to analyze the overview of the long-term care industry and the business model of the case company. It combines case study methodology to explore how Company S manages and strategizes to create a sustainable business model within the existing long-term care industry environment.
