無塵室是一種高度控制空氣中微粒懸浮物濃度的特殊環境，通常應用在對空氣品質要求非常高的產業中，例如半導體製造、生技醫療等領域中。無塵室的發展與科技進步密切相關，隨著產業的不斷發展和需求的增加，無塵室技術也在不斷演進和改善。近年來，隨著半導體產業及生技醫療產業的快速發展，對無塵室的需求也日益增加。因為無塵室不僅可以保證產品的生產品質，還可以確保生產過程中的安全性和穩定性，所以無塵室產業在全球都呈現出穩健的增長趨勢。
本研究以個案研究的模式，運用文獻分析及次級資料分析，針對興建無塵室的業者，以波特五力及SWOT分析兩種方式，分別分析無塵室產業外部的競爭態勢，以及個案業者內外部的優劣勢因素，藉以探討個案在一般性競爭策略的架構中，應該運用何種策略來應對市場成長的趨勢下所帶來的產業競爭。
研究結果認為，個案業者可以用目前所發展的新技術，以差異化以及集中化的競爭策略來掌握市場成長的契機。而除了技術之外，人力也是發展的關鍵，除了培訓員工及招募人才外，購可以強化產學合作，從大學階段開始找尋及培育未來公司發展所需人力，以期讓公司能夠永續經營。

A cleanroom is a special environment that highly controls the concentration of suspended particles in the air. It is usually used in industries with very high air quality requirements, such as semiconductor manufacturing, biotechnology and medical fields. The development of clean rooms is closely related to technological progress. With the continuous development of the industry and the increase in demand, clean room technology is also constantly evolving and improving. In recent years, with the rapid development of the semiconductor industry and the biotech Pharmaceutical industry, the demand for clean rooms has also increased. Because clean rooms can not only ensure the production quality of products, but also ensure the safety and stability of the production process, the cleanroom industry has shown a steady growth trend around the world.
This study uses a case study model, uses literature analysis and secondary data analysis, and uses Porter's five forces and SWOT analysis to analyze the external competitive situation of the clean room industry and individual cases for the industry that builds clean rooms. The internal and external advantages and disadvantages of the industry are used to explore what strategies should be used in individual cases within the framework of generic strategies to cope with the industry competition brought about by market growth trends.
The research results believe that individual business operators can use currently developed new technologies to seize market growth opportunities with differential strategy and focus strategy. In addition to technology, manpower is also the key to development. In addition to training employees and recruiting talents, purchasing can strengthen industry-university cooperation and find and cultivate the manpower needed for future company development starting from the university level, so that the company can operate sustainably.
