隨著社會結構的轉變，台灣即將邁入超高齡社會，加上後疫情時代民眾對於健康議題更加關注，因此連鎖藥局就成為後疫情時代擴張速度最快的產業。不過近年來台灣藥師有供不應求的趨勢，加上開設藥局需要藥師執照、藥師為不可或缺的要角，因此連鎖藥局業者以聘雇的藥師來內部加盟，除了可以做為擴張展店的方式，又可以成為吸引有創業想法的藥師來加入連鎖藥局的成長行列。在目前的產業趨勢下，這種策略對於公司經營模式所帶來的影響就是本研究探究的重點。
本研究以個案研究的方式，利用文獻以及深度訪談，首先探討台灣藥妝及藥局產業之概況，接著再以SWOT分析個案公司藥師的內部加盟體系優劣勢，最後用競爭策略的模式分析個案公司之經營策略。
研究結果指出，從目前個案連鎖藥局表現較同業經營績效來觀察，顯示目前該公司所使用的直營店及內部加盟為主的擴張策略的確是為較佳的展店模式，內部加盟的模式利大於弊也有助於藥師的留才。在經營策略方面，個案連鎖業局業者以規模經濟的成本優勢，再結合藥師專業的形象與產品能力，就成為主要的經營模式。未來針對內部加盟的體系，建議要維持甚至強化教育訓練品質，隨著經驗值提升而建立統一營運標準，最後是因應內部加盟較小的店面進行虛實整合(OMO)強化。

With the transformation of social structure, Taiwan is about to enter a super-aged society, and people are more concerned about health issues in the post-epidemic era. Therefore, chain pharmacies have become the fastest-expanding industry in the post-epidemic era. However, in recent years, the supply of pharmacists in Taiwan has been in short supply. In addition, opening a pharmacy requires a pharmacist license and pharmacists are indispensable. Therefore, chain pharmacy operators hire pharmacists to join in-house as a way to expand their stores. Under the current industry trends, the impact of this strategy on the company's business model is the focus of this study.
This study uses a case study method, using literature and in-depth interviews to first explore the overview of Taiwan's cosmeceutical and pharmacy industry, then use SWOT to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the internal franchise system of the case company's pharmacists, and finally use the generic strategies model to analyze the case company business strategy.
The research results point out that the current performance of individual chain pharmacies compared with the operating performance of the same industry shows that the current expansion strategy used by the company to focus on direct-operated stores and internal franchises is indeed a better store model. The internal franchise model Having more advantages than disadvantages will also help retain pharmacists. In terms of business strategy, case chain operators have become the main business model by leveraging the cost advantage of economies of scale, combined with the professional image and product capabilities of pharmacists. In the future, for the intrapreneurial franchising, it is recommended to maintain or even strengthen the quality of education and training, establish unified operating standards as the experience value increases, and finally strengthen virtual and actual integration (OMO) in response to smaller internal franchise stores.
