近年來,台灣電子產業的發展與重要性再次被放在檯面上檢視並受到關注。其原因諸隨著全球供應鏈的調整和重組,尤其在全球經貿狀態不確定性增加的情況下,企業和政府對於供應鏈的可靠性有了更高的關注。另外,台灣社會多年來面臨少子化問題,其造成人口老齡化與社會勞動人口的減少。因此,該如何運用現有資源提升經營效率,即為一重要課題。
本研究之研究目的為探討A公司內部藉由導入資訊管理平台後,對其研發績效之影響與評估。期望該研究成果能對未來資訊管理平台功能之更新與強化,以及相關利害關係人等之參考與借鏡,提升經營效率與競爭力。本研究之研究問題茲分為以下幾點說明。
本研究以質性訪談研究為主要研究方法,並以資訊管理平台在研發團隊中的協同設計、文件管理、物料管理、產品架構與設計變更等五個部分為訪談範圍。研究結果顯示,該資訊管理平台具有:(一)即時性的資料共享功能、縮短溝通協作時間;(二)單一平台整合、減少錯誤發生;(三)資料庫的建立,有利於資料檢索;(四)研發歷程記錄,具時序檢視功能;(五)資料掌控性提升,可進行更精細的分工等五項成效。另外,本研究也針對該資訊平台的不足之處,如(一)使用者介面不夠人性化;(二)高頻率更新使操作難以熟練;(三)相容軟體數量需加強;(四)網路連線不穩定等四項提出加強建議。
Abstract
In recent years, the development and importance of Taiwan's electronics industry have once again been put on the table for review and attention. The reasons are that with the adjustment and reorganization of the global supply chain, especially when the uncertainty of global economic and trade conditions increases, companies and governments have paid more attention to the reliability of the supply chain. In addition, Taiwanese society has faced the problem of declining birthrate for many years, which has resulted in an aging population and a reduction in the social working population. Therefore, how to use existing resources to improve operating efficiency is an important issue.
The purpose of this study is to explore the impact and evaluation of Company A's R&D performance after the introduction of an information management platform. It is hoped that the research results can be used to update and strengthen the functions of the information management platform in the future, as well as provide reference and inspiration for relevant stakeholders to improve operating efficiency and competitiveness. The research questions of this study are divided into the following points.
This study uses qualitative interview research as the main research method, and takes the five parts of the information management platform in the R&D team as collaborative design, document management, material management, product architecture and design changes as the scope of the interview. Research results show that this information management platform has: (1) real-time data sharing function, shortening communication and collaboration time; (2) single platform integration, reducing errors; (3) establishment of database, which is conducive to data retrieval; (4) R&D process records, with timing review function; (5) Improved data control, allowing for a more refined division of labor and other five effects. In addition, this study also focuses on the shortcomings of this information platform, such as (1) the user interface is not user-friendly enough; (2) high-frequency updates make it difficult to operate proficiently; (3) the number of compatible software needs to be strengthened; (4) the network Suggestions for strengthening were put forward in four areas, including unstable network connections.
