本研究旨在探討台灣焚化產業中供應商管理機制的建立與運作，透過個案公司的分析，研究指出供應商管理所必須具備的關鍵要素。隨著台灣焚化產業的迅速發展，以及社會對環境永續與質量安全的日益關注，有效的供應商管理機制成為企業關鍵成功因素之一。本研究透過文獻回顧與實際個案研究，系統性地分析了焚化產業中供應商選擇決策、產品交期與成本、以及產品品質等因素如何影響供應鏈管理與企業績效。
另外，本研究透過質性訪談方法，了解個案公司在供應商管理上的實務做法，包括評鑑制度的設計、面臨的挑戰、解決策略及供應商關係的建立與維護。研究結果顯示，建立正式與非正式的供應商管理機制，以及強化與供應商的溝通與合作，對於確保供應鏈的穩定性與提升整體營運效率具有顯著影響。
經由研究的分析，本文對學術研究提供了焚化產業供應商管理的研究提出了新的探索，豐富了供應鏈管理領域的文獻，並對相關理論提出了見解。對於實務界而言，本研究提出的供應商管理策略與建議，能夠幫助焚化產業及其他類似產業的企業強化其供應鏈管理，提升競爭力並應對供應鏈當中的不確定性等問題。

This study aims to explore the establishment and operation of supplier management mechanisms in Taiwan's incineration industry. Through the analysis of case companies, the study points out the key elements that must be possessed by supplier management. With the rapid development of Taiwan's incineration industry and the increasing concern for environmental sustainability and quality safety, effective supplier management mechanisms have become one of the key success factors for enterprises. This study systematically analyzes how factors such as supplier selection decisions, product delivery and cost, and product quality affect supply chain management and corporate performance through literature review and actual case studies.
Additionally, this research utilized qualitative interview methods to understand the practical practices of supplier management in the case companies, including the design of the evaluation system, the challenges faced, resolution strategies, and the establishment and maintenance of supplier relationships. The results show that the establishment of formal and informal supplier management mechanisms, as well as strengthening communication and cooperation with suppliers, have a significant impact on ensuring the stability of the supply chain and improving overall operational efficiency.
Through the analysis of this research, this paper provides a new exploration of supplier management in the incineration industry for academic research, enriching the literature in the field of supply chain management and offering insights into related theories. For the practical world, the supplier management strategies and recommendations proposed by this research can help enterprises in the incineration industry and other similar industries strengthen their supply chain management, enhance competitiveness, and address issues such as uncertainty within the supply chain.
