為了了解後疫情時代本土表面處理產業中的二代接班模式，本研究旨在探討家族企業二代接班過程中的準備、挑戰和成功因素。家族企業在經濟體系中扮演著重要角色，特別是在中小企業領域。理解二代接班者在家族企業接班過程中的準備、動機和挑戰對於企業的持續發展至關重要。本研究透過分析二代接班者的經驗和期望，揭示了家族企業在接班過程中可能遇到的問題以及成功的關鍵因素。研究發現，二代接班者在接班前的專業訓練和對企業的了解對接班成功至關重要。良好的溝通和信任對於接班的順利進行起到關鍵作用。此外，二代接班者需要平衡傳承和創新，並重視環境、社會和治理（ESG）議題以提升企業的永續性。實務上，本研究提出了一些實用建議，包括深入了解企業運作、維持良好的溝通、推動創新與變革等。然而，本研究也存在一些限制，如時間跨度和資料收集的困難。未來的研究可以從治理結構、技術應用、社會責任和國際化等方面進一步探討家族企業的發展。總的來說，本研究為後疫情時代本土表面處理產業的二代接班提供了重要見解，並為相關領域的理論和實踐提供了指導。

In order to understand the second-generation succession model in the local surface treatment industry in the post-epidemic era, this study aims to explore the preparation, challenges and success factors in the second-generation succession process of family businesses. Family businesses play an important role in the economic system, especially in the SME sector. Understanding the preparation, motivations and challenges of second-generation successors in the family business succession process is critical to the continued development of the business. By analyzing the experiences and expectations of second-generation successors, this study reveals the problems that family businesses may encounter during the succession process and the key factors for success. Research has found that second-generation successors’ professional training and understanding of the company before taking over are crucial to the success of the succession. Good communication and trust play a key role in a smooth succession. In addition, second-generation successors need to balance inheritance and innovation, and pay attention to environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues to enhance corporate sustainability. In practice, this study puts forward some practical suggestions, including in-depth understanding of business operations, maintaining good communication, and promoting innovation and change. However, this study also has some limitations, such as time span and difficulties in data collection. Future research can further explore the development of family businesses from aspects such as governance structure, technology application, social responsibility and internationalization. Overall, this study provides important insights into the second-generation succession of the local surface treatment industry in the post-epidemic era, and provides guidance for theory and practice in related fields.
