全球經濟及市場變化快速，生產的體系開始遷移，國際市場重心發展轉移至許多亞洲國家，而政府為了提升其物流能力，提出相關的物流政策以提升國家的貿易能力。在整體經濟環境變動迅速且不確定因素的情況下，企業應如何轉型，找出企業的競爭優勢，訂定競爭策略來找出轉型契機，便成為重要的議題。對於企業追求顧客滿意及成本降低有關鍵性的影響。
本研究透過PEST分析與資源基礎理論及鑽石模型策略，針對客戶、競爭者、個案公司本身、外在產業環境等未來發展進行分析，藉由個案來分析物流業者如何提前對於外在變化做好準備，面對競爭對手的改變、潛在競爭者的進入，應該如何運用公司擁有的競爭優勢並找出讓企業永續發展的核心能力。
本論文就所研究之個案公司的轉型過程中，發現該公司以落實企業文化及企業精神做為其重要的核心能力，基於這樣的理念，對於公司的人才培訓及專業的傳承就是企業視為重要的競爭能力，而隨著技術的進步及公司系統的提升，讓這樣的核心能力更為徹底執行。

With the rapid change of global economy and market, the production system began to move, and the focus of international market development shifted to many Asian countries. In order to improve their logistics capacity, the government proposed relevant logistics policies to enhance the country's trade capacity. Under the circumstances of rapid changes and uncertain factors in the overall economic environment, how enterprises should transform, find out their competitive advantages, and formulate competitive strategies to find out the transformation opportunities have become an important issue. It has a key impact on the pursuit of customer satisfaction and low cost.
Through PEST analysis, resource-based theory and diamond model strategy, this study analyzes the future development of customers, competitors, the case company itself and the external industrial environment. Through the case study, it analyzes how the logistics industry prepares for the external changes in advance, facing the changes of competitors and the entry of potential competitors, How to use the company's competitive advantage and find out the core competence for the sustainable development of the enterprise.
Based on this idea, the company's talent training and professional inheritance is regarded as an important competitive ability. With the progress of technology and the improvement of the company's system, this core ability can be implemented more thoroughly
