本文探討子女對年邁父母的照顧問題。照顧會付出成本，但同時有機會得到更大份額的遺產或生前贈與。在老人照顧與遺贈可能相關聯的大背景下，本研究聚焦於家庭內之老人照顧問題。文中針對不同類型的家庭互動結構，分別設計各自適合的模型，並且從賽局理論的觀點，探討各個賽局的Nash均衡。更準確地說，在父母擁有完全訊息的假設下，同時考量家庭成員各自的利他因素，以及子女的類型（例如：孝子或不肖子）之後，本文分別檢視在動態、靜態與合作賽局之下的Nash均衡結果。本研究發現父母與小孩之間的互動模式，以及利他程度確實會對老人是否受到照顧有所影響。在某些特定的互動結構之下，家中老人可能出現老無所依的窘境。

This article discusses the issue of children's care for elderly parents. The care will cost, but at the same time there will be a chance to get a larger share of the inheritance or bequests. Under the background that elderly care and bequests may be related, this research focuses on the care of the elderly in the family. According to different types of family interaction structures, the article designs their own suitable models, and discusses the Nash equilibrium of each game from the perspective of game theory. To be more precise, under the assumption that the parents have complete information, while considering the altruistic factors of the family members and the types of children (for example: dutiful or the rotten kid), this article examines the dynamic, static, and cooperative games respectively. The Nash equilibrium result. I find that the interaction pattern between parents and children and the degree of altruism do have an impact on whether the elderly are cared for. Under certain specific interactive structures, the elderly in the family may be in a dilemma of being helpless.
