幼兒園原為傳統產業，但近十年來，由於教育不斷改革，加上資訊化時代來臨，家長越來越重視學習成效，導致私立幼教機構也面臨著巨大挑戰，需要不斷調整營運方向與行銷策略，重視管理及創新，才能滿足家長多元化的需求。因此本研究以Ｊ機構為研究對象，探討如何運用核心能耐與創新商業模式，提升企業競爭力，在競爭激烈的環境中勝出。
透過五力分析、資源基礎、創新及商業模式分析等理論觀點，並運用質性之深度訪談法，本研究發現，幼教業者需要經常檢視內外環境態勢，掌握核心能耐，藉以調整本身的商業模式，才能在競爭激烈的環境，甚至黑天鵝(如，Covid-19疫情)爆發時，持續成長發展。據此，本研究也提出了以下策略方向，供有志於永續經營的幼教業者參考：(ㄧ)建立良好的企業形象與組織文化，重視師資品質；(二)重視顧客體驗，強化口碑行銷；(三)重視教學理念特色化；(四)培養危機處理的核心能耐。

In the past decade, due to the continuous reform of education and the advent of the information age, parents have become more and more concerned about the effectiveness of learning, which has led to a huge challenge for private kindergartens. Therefore, this study takes the J organization as the target, and explores how to use core competencies and innovative business models to enhance corporate competitiveness and to succeed in the competitive environment.
Through the theoretical perspectives of five forces analysis, resource-based theory, innovation management, and business model analysis, this study utilized qualitative in-depth interviews, and found that ECE (Early Childhood Education) providers need to constantly review the internal and external environment, master their core competencies, and adjust their business models in order to sustain growth and development in a competitive environment and even during the outbreak of the Black Swan (e.g., the Covid-19 epidemic). Accordingly, this study also proposes the following strategic directions for the reference of ECE practitioners who are interested in sustainable mangement: (1) establish a good corporate image and organizational culture, and emphasize teacher quality; (2) emphasize customer experience and strengthen word-of-mouth marketing; (3) emphasize the specialization of teaching philosophy; and (4) develop core competencies for crisis management.
