本研究主要探討智慧醫療的建構在智慧病房的應用,其研究動機與目的在於探索將智慧醫療IT建構於智慧醫院的病房內,預期可達成的最終成效與價值。也就是讓醫護人員透過先進的智慧醫療IT技術的輔助,專心提供醫療照護,以達到醫療作業的高效率與價值。近來,智慧醫療的設備與解決方案的興起並不是取代醫療人員,而是讓醫療價值更被重視。 本研究設計則是先利用產業SWOT分析說明企業組織內的優勢與劣勢、企業的自我競爭能力,以及外部環境的機會與威脅。再以Michael Porter提出的產業五力分析理論作更進一步的說明,分析企業在產業中的競爭力與獲利能力,透過此學說與論述,分辨出企業在產業中關鍵強弱點,協助企業透過自我認知後,在企業的經營策略上做必要的調整,以改善企業的獲利。其後再以商業模式圖分析(Business Model Canvas)從目標客層開始延伸與說明企業透過何種方式增加獲利收入與減少成本支出。 最後將本研究討論的研究成果,延伸到遠距醫療與虛擬照護的相關議題上。「遠距醫療」的解決方案,已逐漸地成為偏遠地區與資料量能不足地區的重要替代與執行的方案與醫療體系的常規照護模式 |
Abstract |
This study mainly discusses the application of the construction of smart medical care in smart wards. The motivation and purpose of its research is to explore the expected final effect and value of building smart medical IT in the ward of a smart hospital. That is to let medical staffs concentrate on providing medical care through the assistance of advanced smart medical IT technology, so as to achieve high efficiency and value of medical operations. The rise of smart medical equipment and solutions is not to replace medical personnel, but to make medical value more valued. The design of this research is to first use the industry SWOT analysis to explain the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise organization, the self-competitive ability of the enterprise, and the opportunities and threats of the external environment. The five forces analysis theory of the industry proposed by Michael Porter is used as a further explanation to analyze the competitiveness and profitability of enterprises in the industry. After the recognition, make necessary adjustments in the business strategy of the enterprise to improve the profit of the enterprise. Then, the business model analysis (Business Model Canvas) starts from the target audience and explains how the company can increase profit and reduce costs. Finally, the research results discussed in this study are extended to related issues of telemedicine and virtual care. The "telemedicine" solution has gradually become an important alternative and implementation solution in remote areas and areas with insufficient data capacity, as well as the normal care model of the medical system. |
