台灣製造業自1960年代起進入快速成長期，面對全球市場變遷與技術升級的挑戰，許多企業選擇轉型以維持競爭力。本研究聚焦於C企業有限公司，探討其從泡棉加工轉型至貼合加工，再進一步進軍砂紙研磨市場的轉型歷程，分析企業如何透過技術升級、產品創新與市場策略建立競爭優勢。
本研究採用個案研究法，透過深度訪談、產業分析及歷史發展資料，探討C企業轉型過程中的關鍵決策與挑戰，並分析其轉型對企業經營的影響。研究發現，C企業的成功轉型主要來自於： (1) 掌握市場需求變化，適時進行產品與技術升級；(2) 與國際品牌合作，提高產品技術門檻； (3) 客製生產設備與優化製程管理，提高生產效率與競爭力。
本研究結果可提供台灣中小企業在面對市場競爭與技術變革時的參考，並可作為製造業轉型策略的實務案例，進一步促進產業創新與升級。

Since the 1960s, Taiwan's manufacturing industry has experienced rapid growth. However, with global market shifts and technological advancements, many companies have had to undergo transformation to stay competitive. This study focuses on C Company, exploring its transition from foam processing to lamination processing and eventually expanding into the sandpaper grinding industry. It analyzes how the company leveraged technological upgrades, product innovation, and market strategies to build a competitive edge.
This research adopts a case study approach, incorporating in-depth interviews, industry analysis, and historical data to examine the key decisions and challenges encountered during C Company’s transformation. The findings reveal that C Company’s successful transition was driven by three main factors:
1. Adapting to market demand and upgrading products and technologies at the right time.
2. Collaborating with international brands like 3M to enhance product technical standards.
3. Optimizing production equipment and process management to boost efficiency and competitiveness.
The insights from this study provide valuable references for Taiwanese SMEs facing market competition and technological changes. It also serves as a practical case study for manufacturing industry transformation, offering strategies to foster industrial innovation and growth.
