本研究探討了Ｔ慈善基金會的永續管理模式，透過文獻回顧、PEST分析、五力分析及SDGs與ESG的整合分析，深入瞭解該基金會如何應對外部環境變化及內部管理挑戰，並針對其策略調整和創新行動來增強永續經營能力。研究發現，透過有效的資源管理和國際社會參與，Ｔ慈善基金會提升了組織效率和對社會福祉的貢獻。研究同時指出，Ｔ慈善基金會成功地將SDGs與ESG因素融入其經營模式中，並提出針對未來發展趨勢和潛在挑戰的創新管理策略。這些策略不僅增強了組織的社會責任和公眾形象，也提升了其在慈善領域的領導與競爭力。研究最後提供策略建議，以助Ｔ慈善基金會及類似機構在快速變化的全球環境中持續進步與發展，並有效推動組織永續發展。

This study explores the sustainable management model of the T Charity Foundation. Through literature review, PEST analysis, Porter's Five Forces analysis, and integrated analysis of SDGs and ESG factors, this research delves into how the foundation addresses external environmental changes and internal management challenges. The study examines strategic adjustments and innovative actions to enhance the foundation's sustainable economic capabilities. Findings indicate that through effective resource management and international community engagement, the T Charity Foundation has improved organizational efficiency and contributions to social welfare. It successfully integrates SDGs and ESG factors into its business model and proposes innovative management strategies for future trends and potential challenges. These strategies not only enhance the organization's social responsibility and public image but also boost its leadership and competitiveness in the charity sector. The study concludes with strategic recommendations to aid the T Charity Foundation and similar institutions in progressing and developing amidst the rapidly changing global environment, effectively promoting sustainable organizational development.
