工業 4.0 強調透過智能化和連結技術的應用來實現生產過程的革命性變 革,企業創新已成為企業推動變革引擎的關鍵因素。在這樣的背景下,企業對數位轉型和技術升級的需求日益增加,需要更快速地適應新技術和市場需求,才能在生產流程、產品研發和市場拓展上保持競爭優勢和持續發展。 企業改革的成長動力是創新,創新不僅能夠提高生產效率,還能夠滿足不斷變化的市場需求,進而推動企業的長期成長,本篇研究提出企業以內部創新和開放式創新兩種主要模式來啟動變革引擎,有助於企業在瞬息萬變的市場中找到一線生機。 本論文研究目的主要探討企業如何透過不同的創新策略在市場中站穩腳步,論文分析了創新活動對企業商業模式和組織發展策略的影響,成功的創新不僅需要技術和資源的投入,也需要清晰的目標和強大的執行力,更不用說良好的溝通機制和跨部門協作,及市場分析和策略調整。企業如何在追求營利的同時,實現企業的社會責任,推動行業的可持續發展,本篇研究藉由個案分析整理出論點,透過此個案為其他企業提供借鏡,以期對其他企業的創新實踐提供一定的借鑒和啟示。 |
Abstract |
Industry 4.0 emphasizes revolutionary changes in production processes through the application of intelligent and connected technologies. In this context, innovation has become a key driver for companies to implement change. As a result, the demand for digital transformation and technological upgrades is increasing. Companies need to adapt quickly to new technologies and market demands to maintain a competitive edge and sustain development in production processes, product development, and market expansion. Innovation is the main driver behind corporate reform and growth. Not only can innovation improve production efficiency, but it can also meet the ever-changing market demands, thereby promoting long-term growth. This study proposes two main modes of innovation to activate the engine of change: internal innovation and open innovation. These modes help companies find opportunities in a rapidly changing market. The purpose of this study is to explore how companies can establish a foothold in the market through different innovation strategies. It analyzes the impact of innovation activities on business models and organizational development strategies. Successful innovation requires not only investment in technology and resources but also clear goals and strong execution capabilities. It also necessitates effective communication mechanisms, cross-departmental collaboration, market analysis, and strategic adjustments. This study, through a case analysis, examines how companies can balance profitability with social responsibility and promote industry sustainability. The findings aim to provide insights and lessons for other companies' innovation practices. |
