在現今的世代中，提到儲存資料的產品，就是以快閃記憶體所衍生的相關產品為主，從記憶卡、隨身碟、手機內存、行動硬碟、固態硬碟、都是快閃記憶體的相關應用，此產品相較於傳統的硬碟，具有體積小、速度快、重量輕、省電、防震的特性，更重要的是在斷電後，資料可以妥善地被保存下來。而快閃記憶體控制晶片在其產品的支援性上扮演著重要的腳色，因為控制晶片的關格和支援能力影響著產品的效能，所以控制晶片若支持各家快閃記憶體的程度越高或是涵蓋記憶體型號的品牌廣度越大，也代表著在市場上可被接受的機會越大，進而提升產品的競爭力。
本研究使用AHP層級分析法來進行控制晶片對於採購及產品開發規劃人員在選擇控制晶片方案時所進行的相關探討研究，因為記憶體產業的特性，在產品報價上是每日更新價格的機制，屬於浮動性的報價，所以當特定人員在評選控制晶片供應商時，所在意的條件便是會市場接受度及記憶體支持度為主要的篩選條件，透過本研究可以有效的整合採購及產品開發規劃人員選擇的關鍵因子，讓控制晶片供應商可以在推廣給客戶時時更容易掌握相關重點，加速控制晶片的導入，讓產品可以順利的推廣到市場上。

In today's era, data storage products are primarily derived from Nand flash memory applications, including memory cards, USB drives, mobile phone memory, portable hard drives, and solid-state drives (SSDs). Compared to traditional hard drives, these products have the advantages of being smaller in size, faster in speed, lighter in weight, more energy-efficient, and more shock-resistant. More importantly, data can be reliably preserved even after power off. Nand flash memory controllers play a crucial role in the support and performance of these products. The compatibility and support capabilities of the controller affect the overall performance of the product. Therefore, the more important to which a controller supports various Nand flash memory types and brands, the greater its acceptance in the market, thereby enhancing the product's competitiveness.
The research uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to explore the factors influencing procurement and product development manager when choosing Nand flash memory controllers. Due to the characteristics of the memory industry, where product prices are updated daily and are subject to fluctuations, market acceptance and memory support become the primary criteria for choosing Nand flash memory controller suppliers. The research effectively integrates the key factors considered by procurement and product development manager, enabling Nand flash memory controller suppliers to more easily grasp the relevant key points when promoting the products to customers. This accelerates the adoption of controllers and facilitates the successful introduction of products to the market.
