隨著台灣發電機市場逐漸飽和，Z公司在越南市場的成功經驗為其進一步國際擴展提供了寶貴的參考。本研究旨在評估Z公司是否能將這些成功經驗複製到緬甸和蒙古兩個新興市場，進而擴大其在亞洲的業務版圖。透過PEST分析，本研究深入探討了這兩個國家的政治、經濟、社會和技術環境，並利用波特的鑽石模型評估Z公司在這些市場中的競爭優勢與挑戰。最終，通過SWOT分析，識別出Z公司在進軍這些市場時的優勢、劣勢、機會與威脅，為其制定具體的市場進入策略提供依據。依據最後的SWOT分析Z公司仍選擇去投資緬甸，在地方有華僑能提供有力的協助，在面對未知的政治因素挑戰，雖然2023年底政府軍經歷過一系列1027作戰行動的挫敗造成北方的戰事節節敗退，基本上對於首都仰光相對是沒有實質上的影響。主要原因三兄弟聯盟主要也是在鞏固自己自治區自理範圍的利益，相較首都雖然還是有一定是示威反抗基本上政權相對比較穩定，加上在地華僑跟軍政府在許多合作上有一定的默契投資緬甸能獲益的機會依舊高於蒙古。

As Taiwan's generator market becomes increasingly saturated, Z Company's successful experience in the Vietnamese market provides valuable insights for its further international expansion. This study aims to assess whether Z Company can replicate these successful experiences in the emerging markets of Myanmar and Mongolia, thereby expanding its business footprint in Asia. Through PEST analysis, this study delves into the political, economic, social, and technological environments of these two countries and uses Porter's Diamond Model to evaluate Z Company's competitive advantages and challenges in these markets. Ultimately, through SWOT analysis, the study identifies Z Company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats when entering these markets, providing a basis for formulating specific market entry strategies. The results of this study will assist Z Company's decision-makers in determining future investment directions and achieving sustainable business development.
