本研究目的在探討個案公司在導入企業資源規劃（ERP）系統時的關鍵成功因素，並分析導入過程中的挑戰和風險。本研究透過訪談個案公司人員，找出導入ERP系統的預期成果和實際成果之間的差距，並識別造成這些差距的主要原因。此外，研究也著墨於分析企業文化、組織因素和其他內部因素對ERP系統導入的影響。
本研究採用個案研究法，透過多種資料來源，包括訪談、觀察和文件分析，進行深入的質性研究。研究結果顯示，企業文化、領導力、用戶參與、項目管理、供應商關係、培訓和支持等因素在ERP系統導入中扮演著舉足輕重的角色。本研究更發現，不同公司、文化、流程和業態對ERP系統的內部因素有著各自的衡量標準，影響導入的成敗。

This study aims to explore the key success factors for a company's implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and analyze the challenges and risks associated with the implementation process. The main objective of the research is to identify the gap between the anticipated and actual outcomes of ERP system implementation by interviewing company personnel, and to determine the primary causes of these gaps. Additionally, the study seeks to analyze the impact of corporate culture, organizational factors, and other internal factors on the implementation of the ERP system.
The research employs a case study methodology, selecting Taiwan International Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. as the research subject. Through various data sources, including interviews, observations, and document analysis, a comprehensive qualitative study is conducted. The findings reveal that factors such as corporate culture, leadership, user involvement, project management, supplier relationships, training, and support play crucial roles in the implementation of ERP systems. Furthermore, the study finds that different companies, cultures, processes, and business types have their own metrics for evaluating internal factors of the ERP system, which affect the success or failure of the implementation.
