This study explores the process and benefits of implementing an automated warehouse management system in a semiconductor company. Through a detailed case analysis, this paper aims to provide practical insights and concrete outcomes for enterprises undergoing warehouse automation transformation. The study first introduces the current state of the company's warehouse and the challenges it faces. It then describes the specific steps of implementing the automatic storage system, including system selection, implementation process, employee training, and system integration. Furthermore, the paper evaluates the benefits post-implementation, analyzing various aspects such as operational efficiency, error rate, human resource utilization, inventory management, space utilization, and economic benefits. The results show that the implementation of automatic storage system significantly improved the company's warehouse operational efficiency, reduced error rates and labor costs, enhanced the accuracy of inventory management, and optimized warehouse space utilization, achieving a good return on investment. These findings not only demonstrate the value of warehouse automation technology in the semiconductor industry but also provide valuable references for other enterprises.
