隨著社會的發展和科技的進步，多組織專案已成為一種常見的專案管理模
式。多組織專案是指由兩個或兩個以上的組織共同參與的專案，其特點是參與組
織具有各自的目標、利益和文化。由於參與組織的多樣性，多組織專案的協調問
題成為影響專案成功的重要因素。
本研究以S公司為例，探討多組織專案中的協調機制。研究結果顯示，專案
的成功管理依賴於有效的風險管理和協調機制。風險管理可分為四個主要步驟：
風險識別、風險分析、風險優先順序安排，以及風險監控和策略調整。這些步驟
有助於提前識別潛在問題、評估其影響、確定優先處理的風險，並持續監控和調
整策略以應對變化。案例分析表明，當臨時通知要求在一週內完成時，專案團隊
需要迅速調整策略，確保資源到位，以避免專案延遲。協調機制亦至關重要，通
過橫向協調和垂直協調促使各部門快速回應並獲得主管支持。此外，定期會議和
非正式溝通有助於追蹤專案進度並解決問題。詳細的前期準備和資訊流通機制是
保障專案順利推進的關鍵。總之，有效的風險管理和協調機制能夠幫助專案團隊
應對挑戰，確保專案按時完成並達到預期效果。

With the development of society and the advancement of science and technology,
multi-organization projects have become a common project management model. A
multi-organization project is a project involving two or more organizations,
characterized by the participating organizations having their own goals, interests and
cultures. Due to the diversity of participating organizations, the coordination issue of
multi-organization projects has become an important factor affecting the success of the
project.
This study takes Company S as an example to explore the coordination mechanism
in multi-organization projects. The findings show that successful project management
relies on effective risk management and coordination mechanisms. Risk management
can be divided into four main steps: risk identification, risk analysis, risk prioritization,
and risk monitoring and strategy adjustment. These steps help identify potential issues
in advance, assess their impact, prioritize risks, and continuously monitor and adjust
strategies in response to changes. Case analysis shows that when short notice is required
to be completed within a week, the project team needs to quickly adjust strategies to
ensure that resources are in place to avoid project delays. The coordination mechanism
is also crucial. Through horizontal and vertical coordination, various departments can
respond quickly and obtain supervisor support. In addition, regular meetings and
informal communication help track project progress and resolve issues. Detailed
preliminary preparation and information circulation mechanism are key to ensuring the
smooth progress of the project. In short, effective risk management and coordination
mechanisms can help the project team cope with challenges and ensure that the project
is completed on time and achieves the expected results.
