中文摘要
對於每一個企業國際化的過程,都會有其成功與失敗的因果關係脈絡可尋。成功的企業國際化,必然有他成功的原因,失敗的企業國際化,也必然有可資借鑒之處;企業的國際化能否成功,簡單來說,取決於策略是否正確與執行是否成功。
堪稱造就台灣經濟奇蹟的傳統製造業是創造台灣世界競爭力的一大主力,隨著時代的變遷,傳統製造業式微,也在變遷中強制了傳統邁向世界的腳步。而當傳統撞擊到國際版圖,集團內部需要在人力資源上具備何些管理技能方能使成效達到最佳效果,即為本文研究之目的。
本研究採用質性研究的深入訪談法,其中又以半結構式的方式來進行資料之蒐集。即在進行訪問前預先設計訪談大綱,將所有就有關連的主題納入其中,做為訪談過程的基本問題或內容雛型,並依據真實訪談的情況及受訪者的反應來適時調整問題;以探討針對企業在國際化過程中,不斷提升「企業競爭力」與抓住「外在機會」的一個過程。
訪談對象以台灣和荷蘭兩國不同類型的中小企業在面對產業外移與邁向國際的同時對團隊所進行的改變。希望能以例子讓未來台灣企業「出走」時有所依據與參考方向,做為企業更具競爭力之參考。
Abstract
For every corporate that goes into the international market is the internationalization process which includes general scheme of its factors to success or failure. To put it more simple, that these two results are whether the strategy are being applied correctly and the execution are being completely done-or not.
Taiwan’s traditional manufacturing industry has made the Taiwan economic miracle and has been the major force for being competitive. However, with the fast-paced technology and time, it’s not only been on the decline, but also forcing the compulsive changing on the world platform.
This study aims at discovering when the traditional hits the international trend, what managerial skills does a corporate need to require in order to reach the utmost performance. It will be conducted through qualitative method, with in-depth interview (focused semi-structured interviews), pre-designed the interview outline before proceeding it as the interview structure, then it’ll be alternated during the interview to make it more accurate; investigating on corporate toward internationalization to discover the process on “inner competitiveness” and “outer opportunities”.
The interviews will be focused on both Taiwan and The Netherlands SMEs, with the hope to show the different HR strategies while going abroad for future reference.
