Abstract |
Intensifying climate change has heightened international organizations' and governments' focus on sustainability. Starting from 2024, the Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) mandates all listed companies disclose climate-related information in the annual reports. Consequently, companies are actively pursuing sustainable development and corporate social responsibility. Organizational members play a crucial role in corporate operations and policy promotion, impacting policy effectiveness and long-term goals. This study investigates the influence of corporate sustainability policies on organizational identification and employee loyalty. Data were obtained through a questionnaire survey with companies who have disclosed ESG reports, primary data were obtained through questionnaires and complemented by literature and internet sources. The findings indicate that corporate sustainability significantly impacts organizational identification and employee loyalty. Promoting corporate sustainability benefits long-term corporate development and enhances employee identification and loyalty. The research provides evidence for corporate management and HR departments to support sustainability strategies and improve employee loyalty. Promoting sustainability goals and establishing organizational identification are crucial for enhancing corporate competitiveness and social welfare. This study offers research results and practical recommendations to increase employee understanding and acceptance of these policies while promoting sustainability practices. |
